The spacious room, the shower,our welcomb and the food

The staff in the restaurant who could not speak english and at breakfast we were shown to a table but did not know it was buffet as we could not see from were we sat. We were not told we could get drinks so went without. When I asked for a plate to serve myself with the hot food, the girl did not understand what I required.

Excellent value business hotel. Modern. Good facilities.

It's in the middle of a travellers camp.

Really comfy bed,big room, quiet

We had a problem with one of my chidren being very sick in the late evening and the staff were very helpful in getting us moved to another room. At no point were we made to feel a nuiscance.

The staff were fantastic and the rooms were very clean with great facilities. If I am in Plymouth again I shall most certainly be staying there again.

Proximity to Cornwall and Devon coast. Large twin beds. Room layout and decor. Efficient and friendly staff.

We had room 316 and the bed was really comfy, good shower, extremely clean.

As residents we were under the impression that the bar stayed open as long as we needed it top, so we were surprised that on Sunday night we were told that it shut at 11.

we booked a twin room but on arrival there were no twin rooms available

The hotel was in a reasonable distance and clean and modern. The staff were friendly and even moved our room to a higher floor when they saw our two young children . Just in case we were disturbed from the wedding party.

Spacious wheelchair friendly room and wet room shower. Wide corridors. Free wifi and flat screen tv.

Food in restaurant was awful. Very disappointing

Very clean and efficient; facilities suited the price paid. Fine for an overnight stay or short business trip. Plenty of parking in an easily accessible location some way outside town. Breakfast for £9 just about worth paying for, but nothing special.

Nothing really. For this price you get what you pay for. Didn't like the taste of the breakfast sausages!

I just enjoyed the peace n quiet . No interruption . No complication . My room was very clean n looked bran new .

Perhaps the three custard creams u provided . As my girlfriend ate the third so I only had one . Think four or two is a more adequate number for a room with two people sharing . Are you trying to cause an argue any . Only joking

two double beds in the twin room,large desk area to work from,great bathroom,food superb,services also superb.

A bit noisey with the window open, bar prices are quite high.

Hard to find if just looking for Future Inn as the word Fishbone predominates.

Decent sized room, and good value room service.

Nothing, it was all very good.

The Suite that I booked was excellent, lots of room and very relaxing.

When I arrived they took a deposit from my card, when I departed they took payment from my card. However when I checked with my bank they had taken two payments and as a concequence had sent me overdrawn at my bank! this situation persisted for two days, causing me problems with my bank and incurring bank charges. Dispite phone calls to the hotel this situation continued to persist for the two days. Since the refund back to my bank I have had no contact from the hotel at all, not even an apology or offer to recompensate me for the inconvienience or embarrassment caused. I would expect them to atleast offer to make this up somehow?! As a result I would be very loathe to recommend this hotel to any of my friends or work colleagues.

Untrained staff in restaurant who brought me tea without milk. The TV remote didn't work (and didn't work last time I was here 3 months ago).

The restaurant was poor value for money and the location not as convenient as I was led to believe.
