Comfortable, quiet room

Floor in the lavatory had a brown stain in the grouting, which began to come off when I tackled it with the lavatory brush. It was, clearly faeces, something that should have been IN the lavatory pan, not on the floor!

Excellent service. What brilliant staff. A cut above a budget hotel but at a budget price. Comfortable & v clean. Kettle, hair dryer, iron & board. Sofa bed, armchair, desk space & chair. Clever door design for the bathroom/loo.

Needs a hook in the bathroom to hang your things on or you have to put them on the floor. Needs a 2nd bedside table or one of you has to put your cup of tea on the floor. Only 3 hangers in the wardrobe. No bath mat & the bath shower non-slip area of the bath is too small.

Facitlities in room - internet, ironing board, proper hair dryer, water, warmth. Dining near by

Charged extra on day even though booked the suite, which was for 4, and didn't notify of adult son. Restaurant look

No fitness room - just a treadmill and rower. No laundry soap at desk. Breakfast only buffet option. Party central in hallways on weekend.

Location and staff were excellent as was the standard of accomodation.

Arrival: they forgot we were 3 people: bed not done, dirty., , floor dirty,lack of towels, tea cups... The other days: forgot as well towels, shampoos...

Breakfast service is a bit disorganised but the food was very good so only a minor quibble

I have stayed at the hotel (cardiff bay) on a number of occasions and have never had a problem however, on booking myself and daughter in who is 13 was told she should be an adult. I appreciate that possibly at 15 or 16 you could class as an adult but surely not 12. I was not particularly happy with the attitude if reception when I questioned but regardless paid the extra amount I was originally quoted. The room was then not up to its normal standarded no bottled water or biscuits, I am not one to make a fuss so did not query with reception but appreciate that if guests do not inform you of these things you can not improve. I would like to say I will use you again as as mentioned have on number of occasions for its convenience to the bay. Regards Alison Tovey

Lovely hotel,big room friendly staff. Great stay

Good position and easy parking which is a big plus today as hotels charge for parking in most cities. Will certainly go back to this Location Rooms in hotel good size

Breakfast should be included in the charge as most people like ourselves prefer continental And would pay a small charge to have a lighter breakfast.

Breakfast was in some way disappointing.

Position is excellent. Reception staff excellent. Good size rooms. Lovely bathroom.

Food not as hot as it could have been, but there was plenty.

the room was large and comfortable and the location was terrific we were able to walk to the quay from the hotel with ease and the restaurants are open till late felt very safe

The receptionist guy was very accommodating. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom has no floor drain, water is flooding in the floor. They don't want to provide extra bed for my child in a suite room, even I want to pay extra.
