Hotel staff very efficient, room and hotel clean and looked relatively new. The view of a waste incinerator and a large industrial park out of our bedroom window was also not the most inspiring, but liveable with. |

Excellent service from all members of staff, especially in the bar and eating areas. th reakfast was extremely good value for mony and of high quality. Lack of a sports bar facility, i wanted to watch European football and had to leave the hotel and go down to the bay, on a very windy and wet night. |

The location is the hotel's strongest point. The breakfast. Also the reception staff were a little unwelcoming when we arrived. |

good size room there was not enough space for breakfast and there was at least a 30minute wait to be seated at 9am on sunday,we were asked to pay in full for the hotel and breakfast for our stay on arrival and ended up demanding a refund for breakfast as we werent prepared to wait that long |

The lack of space at Breakfast. we had to queue, to be seated. I also felt the breakfast was a little over priced. |

Within walking distance of all the attractions in Cardiff Bay. Easy car parking and access to major roads. Bar and breakfast facilities were also very good. |

Reception/breakfast/other staff The food is pretty poor however, you are lucky that the steak house over the road is hit and miss otherwise you would be serving nobody |

Nice big clean rooms. Nothing flashy but everything clean and looked like new. Location very good for my purposes. Nicer than the equivalent nationwide hotel chains. For the money and purpose, nothing. |

Quality of bedroom was very good and very spacious. Excellent value for money. Location was not great. We arrived in the dark and left early next morning so couldn't try to walk to Cardiff Bay. |

The hotel was well located at Cardiff Bay and in close proximity to the Wales Millennium Centre. A 20 minute bus journey to Cardiff City. The room was quite spacious. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. |

Our stay was lovely, pity about the weather, but that wasn'st your doing, you say you speak our language. We are Welsh. I did not hear a lot of that. If any. There was however the lack of a bedside table on one side, but as we observed it was a more a business hotel really for over night or short stay people, and I thought the breakfast was a bit to dear. As amature couple we did not eat as much as business people. |

The welcome at reception was very friendly, thanks mainly to Kayleigh. All staff were friendly and helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised at the level of amenities/comfort in the room i.e. biscuits, ironing board etc |
