The hotel was clean and adequate for our requirements I didn't like the fact that piles of dirty laundry was left in the corridors all day on the first day of our stay. I thought it looked very untidy. Although thought the rate was quite expensive and didn't include breakfast which was an extra £8.00 per person. |

it was only a five minute walk to the bay and easy to get to. It was comfortable and had two double beds in it. It was clean. There was ice available from an ice machine, an iron in the room and lots of mirrors for getting ready. there was a lot of traffic noise from the main road. |

The hotel was excellent. We stayed in a twin room and it was huge, clean and really comfortable. Both beds were doubles. Tea and coffee facilities were available in the room with complimentary biscuits and a free bottle of water. Free parking on site is a real bonus. Staff were pleasent and polite. Breakfast was buffet and quite good - had to pay an extra £8.50 each tho. Everything was good and would definately recommend this hotel. |

A comfortable, well run hotel. The rooms are spacious. This is the second visit on which my sleep has been disturbed by returning noisy hen parties in the middle of the night; not the hotel's fault but something of a turn off. |

Near to all the city lights and night life, yet did not disrupt or disturb your rest at night time. |

It was quick and easy to get to from Penarth where we attended a wedding This was a last minute booking - there was nothing wrong with the hotel but I dont think we would stay there again as it was very corporate and we would have preferred something a bit more homely. |

overall good value - cheap room and cheap breakfast deal - good rooms Despite room service being offered, according to in-room information, no actual room service was available mid afternoon. This was said to be because of staff shortages, although there were sufficient bar staff available. When I complained, I got a "can't be bothered" attitude. |

It was a claen and spacious room with all modern facilities and it was nice to have decent tea and coffee in the room and also our favourite biscuits - Shortbread!!! We were looking forward to a nice lie in without our children but we were awaken at 7.45 with young children screaming and running up and down the corridor it would be nice to be able to have the choice when making a reservation that you can request a room without any young children being on your level. |

Reception staff very polite and helpful. Room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Good value for money for business travel. Breakfast could be improved. It was ok but things seemed to run out and people were hanging around waiting for more toast etc. Location is a bit remote. |

Large & clean room, toilet door closes separately from bath (a very nice option if you share a room with friend) Although the hotel is fine, it is a bit difficult to get to/from it by public transport. |
