Large room with two king size beds even for a single traveller. Noticed a hair on the floor behind the bathroom door. Not much to complain about, I know, but it was still there the following day.

Great postion within easy walking to Cardiff Bay,food outlets and cinema etc.Great FREE internet & FREE parking.Overall great stay again, used same in Portsmouth will use again.. Room was at rear which seemed a little noisy via the worn out looking window, food as usual little pricey but this is most hotels nowadays not just this one...you can easily walk 2minutes to pizza hut etc.

The room was spacious only down side the shower seemed very dated, eventually managed to adjust water temp via taps. There only seem to be shampoo/bodywash bottled water for one person in the room as l travelled with my husband this needs attention, bar snacks very limited as per restaurant times. Bathroom/tiolet would benefit being bigger two adults just about in your comfort zone.

Cost me double the room rate because Bon Jovi was in Cardiff (which I wasn't attending) and this was a budget hotel in my opinion, but I paid a premium rate!

Twin Rooms are very well appointed. Extremely high standard for a reasonably priced Hotel. Consistent high standard over the years. Service of the room was not done at 2.30 in the afternoon, even though the room had been vacant since 9.00am. However serviced within 15 mins of request.

The spacious room and brilliant dual-purpose doorway between bathroom and loo. Some of the cooked breakfast was very good. No bedside table on one side of the bed. Thin duvet and bedcover. Limited choice in uncooked breakfast items, unappetising-looking pastries. I had a stomach upset later in the day and I think it may have been caused by sour milk in my second cup of coffee - definitely tasted unpleasant, whereas my first cup with milk from a different jug was fine.

Location - handy for the Wales Millennium Centre. Room that we occupied (room 325) looked as though it had been recently refurbished.
