the hotel is nicely situated out of all the noise of yarmouth but close enough to walk to the town centre.the hotel breakfast is excellent and all staff were very friendly and welcoming. pesonally i found the beds a bit uncomfortable but that could be just me as i suffer with back problems and have a special mattress at home. |

hotel very clean bed very comfortable shower worked well breakfast ok would stay again but not in this room room very small for a double no bedside lights we had first floor room smokers on balcony right outside our window so have to close window and curtains so could not enjoy sea view we paid extra for bed was the only place to sit no room for one or two chairs hand basin not wash basin in bathroom bar snack menu very expensive no menu for breakfast no hairdrier this room would make very nice single room |

I enjoyed the breakfast the food was really good plenty to choose from chef and waitress were very friendly. The door to the on-suite kept getting stuck. |

hotel very clean and tidy breakfast very good lounge with satalite tv with good range of programes for kids heating was not workingand some of the furniture had seen better days leather chair with rip in also bar seats worn |

Excellent meals. friendly and very helpful staff, nice location. I work away from home a lot and use bed and breakfasts on a regular basis, this is one of the best I've been in for a long time |

The staff were very warm and friendly and were always there if you needed them. The full English breakfast was excellent, everything you needed this hotel even catered for vegitarian diets. The room was of the higest standard. Nothing I can think of, I asked my wife if she found anything wrong, she said when can we go again. |

Friendly staff, warm atmosphere. Rooms were basic but comfortable and clean. Food was very nice and plentiful. We had our own key to the building so we could come in at anytime. However, security was very good also. Our room was situated near the kitchens and the noise from here woke us up early every morning. Next time we would select a room in a different area of the building. Not much coffee/tea and milk etc in rooms, so did have to keep going to ask for more. |

I really liked the comfort of the rooms. The finishing was done to a high standard and the beddings were clean and comfortable. I will definitely book this hotel again in the future! The occasional struggle to get decent parking and the noise coming through the walls during one night - didnt carry on for long though |

The staff were excellent and the rooms were emaculately clean and decorated really nicely. Bed are comfortable everything was perfect and I had 2 kids with me in a seperate room attached to mine loved the place No faults it was perfect |
