The welcome at reception and the offer to provide taxi service to and from NEC. The bed room could do with the odd picture. |

Located 5 mins from the NEC by car, and they had plenty of parking space. Reasonably priced. The breakfast was very limited, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting to each other than doing any work. The room was pretty small for such a countryside location. |

I liked the friendlyness and helpfullness of the staff and the convenience of the location. The restaurant, food and service were very good. The bedroom was a little small. |

Overnighting enroute to USA after a month, a great ending to our trip. The Indian food buffet was fabulous!!! Wine offered was very good selection of inexpensive bottles, and there were many locals in the dining room, including many Indian families. Our room was tiny but clean and the bathroom was spick and span. I left my watch there by accident. We had an early flight so we did not have the breakfast offered. Definitely a good choice for a hotel near Birmingham Airport, because you can relax, have dinner and get a good night's sleep! The cab fare was only about 7pounds one way. |

Staff welcome at nearly midnight. General friendliness and cleanliness. Good value breakfast. Small size of room left almost no room for getting in and out of one side of the bed - unless you are more athletic than I - at 80. But I'm not complaining. |

Like the Asian food menu and staff friendly and relaxed. Would have liked a better English menu for evening meals. |

It was fairly good value for an overnight stay. The indian buffet at dinnertime was 'yummy'. Breakfast could have been better. staff were very polite and helpful. Staff shortage I think, |

The stuff was quite friendly. The room was very small and and ugly, the furniture was old and broken. The noise came always from the highway. |

proximity to the NEC The door lock was a bit dodgy, (no keeper). Didn't bother me too much as I utilised the services of a wooden chair, some people may have been more concerned. Didn't complain to staff about, so I can't really make too much of it. Draught bitter was rubbish as well. |

Very convenient location for NEC and airport. Plenty of parking. Reasonable rate. The beer was off, but I was made to feel I was a nuisance. Staff were more interested in mopping the floor than serving customers. My room clearly belonged to a member of staff. His toothpaste and brush were in the room, with a photo of his mother. The only glass was covered in toothpaste. They had no record of my booking. No TV in room. |
