The price of drinks.

It was all very nice for us. We're not golfers and just needed to be near our daughter for the weekend. In particular the price was terrific. Thanks.

Excellent hotel, Great food and great value for money.

Comfort, friendliness (nothing is a bother to staff), ambience,food and facilities.

Superb staff, apart from receptionist who had more interest in chatting to her pals on the phone than helping guests bathroom was very nice good parking good breakfast

See above regarding receptionist only enough coffee/ milk for one cup each, asked for more, still waiting

The hotel was very clean, and the food was excelent value for money. The staff were very helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. It was the ideal location for where we needed to be and would definetly go back there again.

The lift was ina bad state of repair as the flooring was not acceptable and we thought it a safety hazard, also the control panel in the lift was held on by gaffer/duck tape, not a very good start on befor entering your room. The only complaint in the room was the comfort of the bed, we both found our bed very uncomfortable.

Excellent friendly staff. Very clean and modern. Food was excellent and great value for money. I definately would return.

The music in the restaurant was far to loud for confort and being pop music was not suitable for a quiet relaxed evening meal.

Stay here as often as we can when we visit family in ayrshire and find the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We tend to use Gailes during winter visits as the tariff during the summer and school holiday periods are a little on the expensive side for the purpose of our visit. The food and surroundings are very good as is the accommodation. This is the first hotel we try when we are planning a visit.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere and the staff were extremely helpful when it came to selecting from the menu as i generally struggle due to my allergies. The facilities were very good and i made full use of the onsite gym. The location was perfect for where I was working and very quiet so i had a great night's sleep

Very friendly and helpful staff, much better than the "chains", and good location and comfort. Would definitely come again.
