Full breakfast buffet open from 9am till 9.30am!!! No draught for pint, only sell cans of lager same price unfair
View front sea Good location Free wifi
There was one morning where the hotel staff woke me and my partner up at 8am by bangin on the door. The hot water wa very temperamental as well and some times it didn't come out hot it was stone cold. The entertainmebt facility was also inaccessible
The bed And the room was lovely. Breakfast was also delicious
The room wasn't 100% clean and at breakfast the plates were not cleaned well but nothing major to ruin our stay
The rooms layout, tv and view
Paid £65 think £50 would be a fair price..
If the resteraunt and bar isn't open you could have the decency to say so and Breakfast at 9.00am isn't an option even at weekend oh and shutting the heating off at 9.00pm in the middle of winter is pushing it to limit
Could use a little modernisation.
Near to Pleasure beach but far enough away to avoid too much noise.
No bar or entertainment
The thought of putting a heater in room with it been so cold
ideal seafront location with a lovely sea view clean and tidy room very nice breakfast and would definitely use the hotel again
Having stayed here on 2 previous occasions the staff were very friendly and helpful. the food excellent. the room was clean tidy, and comfortfable. a very enjoyable stay. lookfor to possibly the new year break on offer and definitely be back next year
On the first night it sounded like a herd of elephants upstairs - we struggled to get to sleep. We had no remote control in the room - this was available for a £10 deposit - I assume the hotel have had to do this because of previous theft. It is disappointing that the world has come to this. Even the toilet roll was in a locked holder.
We had a decent breakfast.
The room was cold, carpet was dirty and the description was misleading, as we only paid the extra up to 150 in the hope that the room would be worth it as it was the first time our children had experienced Blackpool and we wanted to make it memorable. This was most defiantly not worth the money and should have been charged at a fair price to avoid misleading family guests .
Limited view of the prom.
Clean, good staff and friendly, great breakfast, excellent location
It was too noisy! As if someone is knocking on ur door everytime people go up and down the stairs!
I just like the view from my window!!!
The rooms were old, tired, scruffy, dirty, the pillows were stained brown, the room was freezing cold, the shower was a cold trickle. The whole place stank, dirty cooking oil. The room stank of dirty drains. Not at all worth what we paid, I wouldn't even like to pay £5 to stay here, they should be paying the guests to stay.
Waiting staff were friendly.
the toilet was to small and the price of the evening meals were a bit expensive
comfortable bed and the breakfast was great
We couldn't go in the room before 2/3 o'clock but had to vacate the room at 10 we didn't want to leave till lunch time and were told we had to move the car am sure they could accommodate a couple of hours .
The staff were very friendly we had a huge family room it was clean and very comfy would definitely stay there again the breakfast was superb.
the mattress was uncomfortable so we did not sleep very well glad to get back to our own bed
breakfast was well worth the money staff were very helpful in all that we asked of them
The room wad very small, towels were not changed daily room wasnt cleaned daily rooms look tired could do with a refurb.
Breakfeast was exceptional and plenty of it
Friendly welcome by the owners The room was clean, hotel ideal for couples and families Varity of breakfast from the buffet.
Ensuites were too small and shabby. Booked triple/quad rooms but ended up with twins/double.
Friendly staff, helpful natured. Good communication and swift to respond.
the parking. not just around the hotel but blackpool on a hole
every thing . especilly the staff and owners.
Staff seemed unhappy. No atmosphere. Didn't do enough to make your stay pleasant. Bed was like a brick. Cutlery and glasses were dirty. Won't be staying again.
Breakfast was nice choice.
Small, dirty unkept room, Wallpaper peeling off wall, with cobweb hanging from ceiling, mattress flat as a pancake must be as old as the hotel, shower temperature control not working shower luke warm, bed not made during stay, large hole in floorboard approximately a foot in diameter only carpet tension preventing your foot going through the floor, a similar hole on landing leading from lift to room, Hotel very dated and in need of redecoration.
Buffet breakfast with fair choice of well cooked food, hotel was in good location for all amenities.
No bedside furniture or lamps.small room could hardly move.very dated.manageress wasn't interested in helping us in anyway.felt like uninvited guest.charged more than my balance was.
The breakfast was good.
