Free car park, good sized bedroom and facilities, evening meal very good quality and value. Too far to walk into town, so not much to do nearby if you are on foot.

The room was a great size and very clean. The breakfast was great and although we didn't spend much time there as our main reason for the stay was for a wedding, our stay was enjoyable. This is very minor, but the breakfast time slot of 7:00 to 9:30 was a bit small on the weekend. A finish time of 10:30 would have been a bit more suitable after a weekend lye in.

Comfortable bed; bath as well as shower; lack of noise; friendly and helpful staff; reasonable quality food (though a bit pricey). Location. A bit far to walk into the centre of Kidderminster or to Bewdley, and poor public transport (none on Sunday when we were there.) In fact, we did have to walk into Bewdley, which meant 3 miles on roads and 3 less on the Severn Valley path! No option for continental breakfast (though the restaurant did me a special deal when I asked about this!)

Nice location - easy to walk into town centre. Two of the lamps in our room did not work (presume bulbs needed changing). Other than that really nice. Thank you.

The location was good for our falaconry experience. The room was good and the breakfast and dinner good Our shower was not very powerful and the water temp could have been hotter . Our dinner in the evening was fine but as we were the only 2 in the restaurant it lacked any atmosphere, perhaps if numbers are small a section could be screened off. Bar staff could have been a bit quicker off the mark to give us dinner menus and take an order, we had to ask for someone to come and take our order.

Friendly staff, well run, rooms good with good bedding; quilt, etc. Above quality expectation for the star rating of the hotel. You'd struggle to better breakfast for the price. Dinner in the restaurant was very nice.

Good location within a reasonable walking distance to the town. No lift.We were on the third floor. So it is important people are aware of this before booking.Although a stair lift is insitu to the first floor.

Friendly staff. Clean and quiet room. I didn't like tea out of a vacuum flask for breakfast, it doesn't take a lot of effort to make tea in a teapot and deliver it to the table. I would have preferred a freshly cooked breakfast.

Good rooms, good room service although restricted to restaurant opening times. Pleasant staff, good location. Needs a better location on google maps to make it easier to find. Room service outside restaurant hours would be good.

The town centre was easy to navigate from the hotel. The room was clean and provided every amenity we could need. It's the only hotel we could find in central kidderminster, so the choices were limited. The breakfast wasnt of great quality. The cooked food was nearly cold, and there were no hot plates. The coffee was vile and tasteless. Not worth the money. I'd rather have waited and gone elsewhere.

Reasonable sized room. Bathroom with bath and shower - full sized bath towels. Very clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff. On the whole a pleasant hotel to stay in. Just bear in mind the comments made below regarding the restaurant availability and internet. Also if you want to watch TV, then don't stay in room 9. I stayed on a Sunday evening. checked in at around 4.30pm after a long drive. At check in I was informed that the hotel restaurant is closed on a Sunday evening due to them offerring a full Sunday lunch. This is mentioned in the hotel description. The receptionist explained that if I had telephoned a few days in advance they could have arranged some soort of meal. Another small issue was that my room(9) had a problem with TV reception and only had BBC 1&2 available. Reception said that they knew about this but didn't know why! They did provide me with another room. Finally, the wired internet in the room was very unreliable and kept losing connection, if you really need the internet I would recommend you bring your own moble broadband dongle. Mobile reception very good (O2)

Bedrooms were good and never heard any noise from any other travellers despite facing the entrance and the road and there being a big party on downstairs. No fried eggs or black pudding at breakfast. Fried eggs could be ordered.
