Minor Observation -No lift although had a stair lift part way to next floor. This did not affect us only for carrying luggage.

Spacious rooms. Bathroom clean, plenty of fresh, clean towels. All meals excellent. Staff friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. Plenty of safe, off-road parking spaces.

Can't think of anything I would change.

the room was very clean and quiet overlooking the park, convenient for the town centre, excellent value for money, although we didn't have breakfast we thought it was available at a good price, the staff were lovely and friendly!

the room was very clean and well equipped. We could control the temperature of the room ourselves,and we had an opening window. There was a large function taking place, with a disco, but the noise did not travel to the room at all, due to the layout of the building. The hotel had a close proximity to the West Midlands Safari Park, which was our destination the next day.

The restaurant was closed due to a function, it would have been helpful to know this in advance as we were planning on eating there after travelling, as we`d read good reviews of the food there. This wasn`t a huge problem though, there were plenty of places to eat in nearby Bewdley

The hotel bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean, comfortable and stylish and contained everything we could need E.G. usual coffee/tea making facilities also hair dryer, iron, ironing board etc. Breakfasts were excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. One evening during our stay there was a disco/party in the hotel which we expected to hear in our rooms but there was no sound of it at all. No lifts but the staff happily took our cases up and for disabled visitors each staircase had a stannah type chair lift. An excellent place to stay for spending time in both town and country. I was there with three friends and we would all recommend it thoroughly and if in the area again would not hesitate to stay there.

There is truly nothing that I could criticize or complain about. Apart from breakfasts we didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that.

The breakfast plates were very small - the size of side plates, it made it very difficult to have a couple of eggs, bacon & a sausage on a plate, no room for tomatoes or anything else !!!

Excellent friendly service. We had a death in the family and had to leave early. The hotel understood our position and cancelled the last night without payment

Problems with heating in room 8

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We asked for extra bedding and a heater as the weather was so cold and they arrived within minutes. Comfortable beds with excellent mattresses. We walked into Kidderminster and then travelled round using our bus passes. Bewdley, Bridgnorth, Red House Glass Cone at Stourbridge, Severn Valley Railway all easily accessed by bus.

There was a wide choice of food for breakfast but the quality of the bacon and sausage was surprisingly poor.

The peace and quietness. Or at least it was when I stayed!

Room was too cold. I booked a double and ending up in a twin. I don't sleep well in a single bed!

Everything, probably the best hotel I ever stayed for the price. Large room, cosy, warm, clean. Iron in the room. Good breakfast, nice dinner. My complimento to all the staff.

Our particular room was colder than we would have liked We contacted reception who changed the settings but the Air con unit however sent cool air directed to the head of the bed

No lift. Wedding receptions and the like could be noisy.
