Convenience for Gatwick airport. Self service breakfast was excellent. Heating was a little too high. |

Cheapest in area The worst place i have ever stayed and i spend £15,000 a year on hotels all over the uk!!! Avoid the breakfast staff the lad is not what you want to deal with in the morning . However the manager was very good when we told him of our complaint. |

Free internet in my room (2nd floor!), rooms seem to be recently renovated, free pickup from airport (follow signs courtesy coaches, go to yellow phone and dial free), 5 min walking to trainstation, fastfood nearby and you can eat it at their restaurant Nothing really, it was good value for money and ideal for 1 night near the airport. |

This hotel is very good for waiting for another flight from Gatwick Airport. I was satisfied. Noisy place, really small room useful for one night sleeping only. |

We were met at the airport and taken to the hotel, good service and pleasant staff. It is the second time we have stayed there overnight, having to fly early the following morning. Would recommend. |

I liked everything. I travel alot and it was not often to meet a good hotel for the price I paid. I am so thankful that the hotel arranged for me a van to airport and for free. Even when I missed the agreed time, I got their help for other van. I reccomend it to others. if happened and I am in Gatwick again, I will stay in it again. |

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the reliability of the shuttle to and from Gatwick Airport. And the price was excellent value. Dining room is bright and airy and breakfast was good. Room was small but fully equipped. It's within easy walking distance of Horley which is an interesting little town. Only the room size, although it was adequate. The hotel is a beautiful old house which has been converted, so there's a nice ambiance. It's not a luxury hotel, but certainly good for those on a budget. We'd certainly go back there. |

The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. The staff were understanding and made practical suggestions, on balance the helpful staff made a difference to my stay. The appearance of the room was poor: tatty and aged wallpaper and tasteless decor. |

The hotel was comfortable and quietm, considering we were right by the airport, I didn't hear a single plane! I didn't realise there was a bar until the morning, too late, wish it had been pointed out to me when I checked in. |
