The transfers from the Hotel to Gatwick airport was very good did,nt have to wait long at all. The room in the Lodge was very cosy and quite.

Very friendly staff! I booked with VISAcard, and apperantly it was declined. So they didn't think I was coming and had given my single room to someone else, therefore I got a double for the same price. I got free WiFi, it was supposed to be £2, and they arranged a taxi to the airport for £5, when I payed double that to get there the night before. A very nice place to stay, but only as a before/after-flight :)

One Station away from Gatwick airport, if you don't want to stay the night at the airport, this could be an option. Staff is nice. Compared to its price and location, it's still worth though.

All is self service. The wifi password I called to the staff didn't work. Since there was no staff at the mid night and I chose to go to bed directly. Facilities are not as clean as I supposed. My Room was facing the road so it was noisy in the early morning.

Airport transfer was very punctual

Window in room did not open and so it was very warm (they are obviously paranoid about people smoking out the window shock horror). Making the booking on line I thought I had paid but they said it was just a reservation and you pay on arrival .

Hard to say because we only stayed one night, so unfair to write a review. One that might affect future visitors might be the limited parking if taking own car.

My wife and I have stayed several times when flying either in to or fdrom Gatwick and would never stay anywhere else. Its only a few minutes walk from the town of Horley where there are several good eating places. No doubt in my mind the best vfm around the Gatwick area..

The only non-positive ( I would hate to say negative) is the bathroom is tiny.

Staff really helpful and friendly. Well worth the price you pay and the booking before you fly off to you destination. Gives you peace of mind.

Bed and sleep quality was excellent. Breakfast area was very nice. Breakfast was good. Wi-fi one of the best signals ever seen in a hotel! You can sit in the lounge area or in the breakfast area and do your office work, read book browse the internet. Absolutely perfect.

Very close to the Gatwick airport. 5 minutes by walk from a lot of restaurants, pub and supermarket. Little rooms but good for who don't want to spend a lot of money and have to do some business in the area.
