One star more for the blonde girl at the reception, very gentle and helpful.
I had a single room. It was more a 2 stars than a 4 stars. Small, cold and not comfortable.
location cleanliness friendly/helpful staff
bathroom a bit cramped & no bracket to hold shower in place. 2 single beds put together to make a double bed - not ideal for my wife & I.
The cold, tired, scruffy, grubby looking room and bathroom (with mouldy undersink cupboard).
The location and near to cafes and shops. also good bus links to central London.
Wifi wasn't free
Air vent in my room overlooking main road. Bit noisy during rush hour in the morning
Location was excellent to royal Albert hall
Old furniture and bathroom needed upgrade
Location convenient to the place I was going to.
Expensive for what was on offer. No indication when booking that breakfast was an extra over and above the price quoted. To noisey heavy traffic noise. Could benefit fron triple galzing. Not a good nights sleep for £112.
its five minutes walk from hotel to RAH why we chose it
Location is excellent. Room & facilities are ok, but quite small and basic.
It appears that that these prices are typical for London... But if you compare with Berlin, Rome, or even Paris price / quality is out of sync.
Great location. Good sized bathroom.
Only 1 seating chair in bedroom. Very noisy, difficult to operate air conditioning unit. Room was not ready when we arrived upstairs, even though staff had informed us it had been prepared.
Location, friendly staff, atmosphere.
A bit old fashioned as a facility, a sense of faded glory.
clean sheets and soft towels!
difficult entrance with wheelchair up six steps and no help! All furnishings inside were very old and worn, less than comfortable. Tiny lift, windy corridors etc. Room had large old fashioned freestanding a/c unit dominating with large tube extracting through hole in window!! Very shabby and cramped. No fridge. four star???? I think not!!
very convenient to all attractions, very accessible via all transport. room fair size, dated but clean
BED VERY HARD,LIKE A BRICK,single glazing windows, not alot of accessible electric sockets, had to plug kettle in bedside socket
the price and what you get as a hotel is what expected -not bad but also not very good. Medium price and medium standard.but a nice entrance and stay etc. Good with people and open all-night-long-service.
Perhaps good with some better beds. A very small elevator but OK to use.
Nice placement, very dedicated staff, nice interior
I needed an early breakfast on a saturday, but wasn't offered any coffee or tea.....
location; size and furnishings
stairway and lift areas a little worn and jaded, but relatively minor complaint

Had to wait a long time for my booking to be found. Shower needed replacing
Close proximity to buses and tube station.
Room did not have a view. Window looked on to some sort of chimney.
Décor was ok
Just a bit tatty in the bathroom, floor, blinds
Location was great. Walking distance to South Kensington tube station, Natural History and V&A museums. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Place is clean.
No aircon considering the price.
Good location and price
Rooms were a bit noisy but slept ok
Clean, comfortable, central and everything worked well
pay-for wi-fi loose toilet seat inefficient air-con
