The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very small! The door to the shower fell off as soon as I tried to open it. |

The location is good. Otherwise awful. Receptionist was very poor. Time consuming. She left my booking part way through to deal with someones baggage. Our room was in the basement (room 20). Hot water running from cold tap as well as hot tap. Water pipes banging (air lock). Generally very poor and certainly not matching up to the web site. |

We were very pleased with everything. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, and we had a free upgrade to a deluxe room, which was much appreciated. |

The receptionist and reception staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Initially I was allocated an internal bedroom with no windows. I was shocked that I was offered this under the pretense that this was an 'upgrade'. |

The convenience to the museums and public transportation. Aslo the outside and the lobby are very appealing. The rooms were to small. We move because of construction coming thru the wall all night. The second roon was even smaller that the first. Had to walk across bed to get to otherside. This was our 7th trip to London and I can honestly say that I have never, never stayed in such a small room. |
