It is at a very center place, Albert Hall, v&a Museum, National History museum and French restaurants around. The room was very small for single room, but that is Ok for that place but bad was too noisy, hope time to change. |

It was a very attractive hotel and our room was lovely. An ideal venur for walking to the Albert Hall. The check out took 30 minutes because the receptionist took ages to sort out the previous guests' bill. Noisy exterior works woke us very early in the morning. |

Excellent location near South Ken tube and Natural History Museum. Staff were helpful; hotel reasonably modern and well kept. A shoebox room with not enough space to swing a hamster (or open a suitcase properly). There's a table, but its so cramped that its unusable. And its not exactly cheap either. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very small! The door to the shower fell off as soon as I tried to open it. |

The location is good. Otherwise awful. Receptionist was very poor. Time consuming. She left my booking part way through to deal with someones baggage. Our room was in the basement (room 20). Hot water running from cold tap as well as hot tap. Water pipes banging (air lock). Generally very poor and certainly not matching up to the web site. |

We were very pleased with everything. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, and we had a free upgrade to a deluxe room, which was much appreciated. |

The receptionist and reception staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Initially I was allocated an internal bedroom with no windows. I was shocked that I was offered this under the pretense that this was an 'upgrade'. |
