Excellent staff who go above and beyond. Lovely food in both Gillies and the new Italian. The Spa area is the icing on the cake. And Sky Sports being available in the bedrooms is fab. Breakfast is also beautiful. I try to come at least once or twice a year with friends or family. Would come more often if it was cheaper to stay over. I always spend a lot of money in your bars and restaurants when I'm there so to reduce the cost of staying would help. A reward scheme or discount packages for those who like staying with you often would definitely encourage me to visit more.

The spa facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and the setting was beautiful. The quality of the food in Gillies restaurant wasn't great. Not what we were looking for. Wish we had realised we needed to make a reservation in the River Room.

Spa treatment and facilities . Food was good and excellent service from staff .Our room was close to the spa which was good . Queue and fairly long wait to check in .Our room had a double bed for myself and my daughter and not twin beds as expected . No other room was available and receptionist apologised . Promised an upgrade next time and we will return .

Our stay at the Galgorm was amazing from start to finish. This was our second stay, both were for weddings. The staff were attentive and friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms were luxurious. the bathroom floor was heated and we had cosy comfortable beds. There were no cold spots in the hotel and it had the extra bonus of cosy open fires. The food was top class and quickly served We stayed in November and there was a live X factor final in the bar on the Friday night and a magician who came to our table in Gillies bar on the Sunday afternoon. The Spa was not available to us free of charge for the rest of the day after we checked out.

The place was grand in wonderful settings. Would stay there again, but on lower floors as there is no aircon throughout and people mo ed lowere and found it to be cooler. Place needed aircon as was very stuffy, even on a cool rainy day like the day we stayed. Everything else was wonderful.

The spa was fantastic. Could spend hours in there. Staff were very nice too. Grounds were superb. Breakfast was great as well. Huge room had a superb view of river but was a bit "tired". Artex on walls & ceiling and cracked basin. No minibar. Also not very "cosy" when we arrived after long day - radiator in room was shut off. Staff ( esp Paul) did well to sort complaint and made us very welcome but we felt that heating should be checked before guests arrive (it's October, after all).
