This place is set very nicely for summer avoid winter, food was very good. Beds where comfortable but very small if in a twin room, Twin rooms where very nice but beds are very small but comfortable, dining hall isn't set up to deal with anyone with walking problems even with a stick, breakfast was self serve and you needed to be able to walk to various rooms to get breakfast. Safes are in rooms but no instructions for use could be found, prices at the bar was very expensive and the mini bar had no price lists. Double room which a parent was in was very small well laid out but with minute shower cubicle the room was also very dark with no extra lighting giving difficulty for poor sighted older people. Beds was also very high for older people. We was attending a wedding. Better value at a premier inn

Stayed in room 309. absolute heaven. Food in gillies bar was superb. Lots of walks around hotel grounds and nearby. Staff were very friendly and very efficient.have stayed at radisson and hilton hotels. Galgorm manor way above these hotels in quality and service. Will be back in near future. Many thanks to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable.

The attention to little details. The staff were very attentive and always looking to help. The location and grounds of the resort were very beautiful. I felt that the 11 am check-out time was too early. As we were staying for a wedding it meant getting up earlier for breakfast than perhaps we would have like in order to be packed and out of the room on time. There was also only two people on the desk to deal with check-out and it meant having to wait in a rather long queue for over 15 minutes. Considering that check-in times are not until 3 pm, surely leaving the check-out time until 11:30 or 12 would be adequate.

It is a beautiful facility in a beautiful location. The grounds are incredibly beautiful. It did not seem to have a full service gift shop with sundries, drinks and souvenirs.

Upon arrival, the staff were polite and very helpful, our room which was located on the main floor of the hotel gave us easy access to every facility. the room was spacious, with robes, slippers, the comfiest bed ever and great views of the river. Gillies bar and beer garden were an unexpected bonus during our 2 day heatwave whilst staying.

The whole experience was totally relaxing and chilled out. when I had booked the reservation I had informed stafff per telephone that this was a specvcial occasion as it was my husband's 50th birthday. I also told reception this on arrival., expectinf some acknowlwedgement of this during the stay. Unfortunately, there was n't which I found disappointing considering the amount of money I had paid for our stay.
