We stayed there as our daughter's wedding reception was at Galgorm Manor that day so it was very convenient. Good buffet breakfast. Excellent Spa and beautiful grounds. |

Everything. My room wasn't cleaned until early afternoon, but this is minor, since the hotel was very busy with an influx of guests |

Parking wasn't great.bed was too soft, we both had sore backs each morning after sleeping in the bed and we didn't sleep well because of the bed. |

I thoroughly enjoyed the spa which was available for all guests. I thought the food at the wedding function we were attending was excellent. The location is beautiful and I really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub beside the tumbling river. I found the rooms a tad dowdy and old fashioned, we stayed in one of the standard rooms and i thought the furnishings could do with a bit of renewal, colour schemes etc. The beds we were most disappointed with, for a 4 star hotel of the Galgorm caliber I expected far superior beds. They were soft and not something you would expect at the Galgorm manor. |

There could have been better information about the grounds and walks within and nearby. The cleanliness of the floors in the grill bar was not at all satisfactory. |

Fantastic hotel, beautiful grounds and friendly staff. A lively pub also makes a great change from a stuffy hotel bar. Spa facilities excellent although treatments a bit pricey - overall this hotel far exceeded our expectations. |

The level of comfort of the beds. The shower was too small and had no handrail or shelf for gel etc which made it awkward for anyone who is not steady on their feet. Also I asked for a smoking room and was never informed either by you or in the email I recieved from the hotel that this is a non smoking establisment. This should be stated on the website |

Thermal Spa Facilities. Quality of room. Magnificent setting and surrounds Service staff in Gillies and bellmen did not seem up to par with the quality and cost of the resort. |
