Ubicación perfecta. Comunicaciones en transporte público perfecta. Su marcado estilo Inglés.

Habitación demasido pequeña. Exceso de calor en la habitación. Ascensor insuficiente, pequeño y caluroso.

Stayed in the suite beautiful luxury room .

Some staff found it difficult to understand english , but were all nice.

Tne receptionist was a charming person, but the rest of the stay let us down

Lots, the only other staff we met was the barman who really could not be bothered with antthing in fact he was rude. The hotel was gruby and very shabby. The air con did not work there was a damp patch in the ceiling, the curtains would not close poperly, it was just shabby and dated.

Central location, 5 minutes walk from the South Kensington underground station, friendly staff

The total tranquility although still in a busy part of London

We choose the hotel for the location, a concert in the nearby Royal Albert Hall.

The staff was barely speaking English (Russian or similar), Hotel was not clean, the carpets, and rooms seemed to be renovated the last time in the 19th century, there was bad smell of humidity all over.

Staff was very friendly and hospitable.

Bedcover and carpets were a little old and stained.

the atmoshere of the hotel was good, excellent position just a short walk to the tube station

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff and a fabulous room with an unexpected balcony!

Slightly odd smell but not something I could live with.

L'hotel est tres bien placé a moins de 5 minutes du metro de South Kensington dans un beau quartier.

Il y avait des taches sur le duvet el le mur. La condition de la chambre n'été pas terrible.

建物が古い為か、滞在中にエレベーターが故障して、階段を登るのが少しキツかった。部屋は小さいけれど静か- で、シャワーの湯量も充分で快適に過ごせました。

l'hotel, vieux, pas comfortable, la chambre,

la posizione è ottima, sia per visitare Londra, che per fare shopping, che per arrivare dall'aeroporto.

Avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata generale. La prima colazione è un po' carente (solo frutta sciroppata).
