L'hotel est tres bien placé a moins de 5 minutes du metro de South Kensington dans un beau quartier. Il y avait des taches sur le duvet el le mur. La condition de la chambre n'été pas terrible. |

service attentionné, personnel sympathique, hôtel idéalement situé. Le salon à l'entrée est très cosy et accueillant. chambres doivent absolument être rénovées, salle de bain défraîchie, sanitaires en mauvais état. L'abondance de taches sur plus ou moins toutes les surfaces (nappes, papier peint, moquette, sièges...) parasite le plaisir de séjourner dans un petit hôtel britannique de charme. Le côté "stuffy" peut attirer la sympathie du client, mais la constance du manque de propreté tue l'effet. |

this hotel didnt warrent a 4* rating, it was shabby and badly decorated, paint smears everywhere including the toilet seat! no drinking water in room, staff not very helpful, smell of smoke in room, terrible air conditioning unit in the corner of room with hose out of window! I wouldnt stay at this hotel again bed fairly comfortable |

Tne receptionist was a charming person, but the rest of the stay let us down Lots, the only other staff we met was the barman who really could not be bothered with antthing in fact he was rude. The hotel was gruby and very shabby. The air con did not work there was a damp patch in the ceiling, the curtains would not close poperly, it was just shabby and dated. |

The staff were excellent, efficient, friendly and polite. The atmosphere is country house hotel in the city; brilliant. We had a queen bed with twin mattresses - it was slightly uncomfortable. |

We choose the hotel for the location, a concert in the nearby Royal Albert Hall. The staff was barely speaking English (Russian or similar), Hotel was not clean, the carpets, and rooms seemed to be renovated the last time in the 19th century, there was bad smell of humidity all over. |

バス停や地下鉄の駅にも近く買い物や観光に便利な立地。古いけれど掃除など手入れが行き届いてた。スタッフ- も感じの良い人が多かった。部屋はひとりで荷物も小さなスーツケースであれば問題ない広さ（そうでなければ- 狭い）、静かでゆっくり眠れた。お風呂のお湯の出も良かった。 テレビの映りが悪く日本語のチャンネルは見られなかった。朝ごはんはいまいちで駅前にあるカフェ（パン屋）- の方がおいしそうだった。 |

建物が古い為か、滞在中にエレベーターが故障して、階段を登るのが少しキツかった。部屋は小さいけれど静か- で、シャワーの湯量も充分で快適に過ごせました。 |
