立地条件は最高でホテルの雰囲気もとてもすばらしいと思う。少し高かったけれどクイーンダブルを予約したが クイーンとは思えない狭さでがっかりした。冷蔵庫がなかったので不便だったこと、寒い日がありレセプションに言ったらヒーターを貸してもらった。インターネットが30分4ポンドしたが、日本語が文字化けして何も見れず、一回ずつ30分使い切ってしまわないといけないので不便だった。駅前に30分1ポンドで日本語OKがある。何かあればフロントで対応はしていただいたし、短期の滞在なら間違いなくいいステイとなると思う。 |

ホテルのロビーや、室内の調度品もすばらしく優雅に過ごすことができました。たまたま予約していたダブルの部屋に空きがなかったので、ランクアップの部屋に同料金で泊まる事ができました。スタッフもとても感じが良かったです。ただひとつ、自分が泊まっている部屋までにいくつもの同じようなドアが有り慣れるまで迷いました。しかしその点を含めても総合的にとても満足しています。 |

The staff were excellent, efficient, friendly and polite. The atmosphere is country house hotel in the city; brilliant. We had a queen bed with twin mattresses - it was slightly uncomfortable. |

We choose the hotel for the location, a concert in the nearby Royal Albert Hall. The staff was barely speaking English (Russian or similar), Hotel was not clean, the carpets, and rooms seemed to be renovated the last time in the 19th century, there was bad smell of humidity all over. |

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff and a fabulous room with an unexpected balcony! Slightly odd smell but not something I could live with. |

the hotel and food was good. we booked for 2 nights, but i got transferred to the opposite hotel due to rooms being full although we already booked online in advance! |

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were quick to provide us with things we needed during out stay. They were also very professional. The room was comfortable but very small. There was no air conditioning in the public areas of the hotel. A small room air conditioner was provided in the room although we had to vent it to the outside ourselves and had trouble keeping the hose in the window. The room service menu seemed adequate but when we ordered found that they only had limited choices as they were out of certain items. |

The staff tried to help as best they could. The hotel was close to where I needed to be. The staff were preoccupied by payment. They obviously had bitter experiences and were worried that I might be the next bandit to leave without payment. |

la posizione è ottima, sia per visitare Londra, che per fare shopping, che per arrivare dall'aeroporto. Avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata generale. La prima colazione è un po' carente (solo frutta sciroppata). |
