バス停や地下鉄の駅にも近く買い物や観光に便利な立地。古いけれど掃除など手入れが行き届いてた。スタッフ- も感じの良い人が多かった。部屋はひとりで荷物も小さなスーツケースであれば問題ない広さ（そうでなければ- 狭い）、静かでゆっくり眠れた。お風呂のお湯の出も良かった。 テレビの映りが悪く日本語のチャンネルは見られなかった。朝ごはんはいまいちで駅前にあるカフェ（パン屋）- の方がおいしそうだった。 |

建物が古い為か、滞在中にエレベーターが故障して、階段を登るのが少しキツかった。部屋は小さいけれど静か- で、シャワーの湯量も充分で快適に過ごせました。 |

立地条件は最高でホテルの雰囲気もとてもすばらしいと思う。少し高かったけれどクイーンダブルを予約したが- クイーンとは思えない狭さでがっかりした。冷蔵庫がなかったので不便だったこと、寒い日がありレセプション- に言ったらヒーターを貸してもらった。インターネットが30分4ポンドしたが、日本語が文字化けして何も見- れず、一回ずつ30分使い切ってしまわないといけないので不便だった。駅前に30分1ポンドで日本語OKが- ある。何かあればフロントで対応はしていただいたし、短期の滞在なら間違いなくいいステイとなると思う。 |

ホテルのロビーや、室内の調度品もすばらしく優雅に過ごすことができました。たまたま予約していたダブルの- 部屋に空きがなかったので、ランクアップの部屋に同料金で泊まる事ができました。スタッフもとても感じが良- かったです。ただひとつ、自分が泊まっている部屋までにいくつもの同じようなドアが有り慣れるまで迷いまし- た。しかしその点を含めても総合的にとても満足しています。 |

this hotel didnt warrent a 4* rating, it was shabby and badly decorated, paint smears everywhere including the toilet seat! no drinking water in room, staff not very helpful, smell of smoke in room, terrible air conditioning unit in the corner of room with hose out of window! I wouldnt stay at this hotel again bed fairly comfortable |

Tne receptionist was a charming person, but the rest of the stay let us down Lots, the only other staff we met was the barman who really could not be bothered with antthing in fact he was rude. The hotel was gruby and very shabby. The air con did not work there was a damp patch in the ceiling, the curtains would not close poperly, it was just shabby and dated. |

The staff were excellent, efficient, friendly and polite. The atmosphere is country house hotel in the city; brilliant. We had a queen bed with twin mattresses - it was slightly uncomfortable. |

We choose the hotel for the location, a concert in the nearby Royal Albert Hall. The staff was barely speaking English (Russian or similar), Hotel was not clean, the carpets, and rooms seemed to be renovated the last time in the 19th century, there was bad smell of humidity all over. |

L'hotel est tres bien placé a moins de 5 minutes du metro de South Kensington dans un beau quartier. Il y avait des taches sur le duvet el le mur. La condition de la chambre n'été pas terrible. |
