Clean sheets and towels, comfy bed, portable flat screen t.v, sachets of toiletry's, 2 coffee sachets, 4 tea sachets, 4 milk, 4 sugar. O.K for one night stay. Close to the town. A big wardrobe.
Most worrying was the dodgy socket which had to be used for the kettle, the kettle had to go on the carpet or in front of the t.v to be used, there was one other socket behind the heavy bed which you had to move to get to it. The room was very run down needs maintenance. The sink and bath need plug descaling. The shower pull on the taps was hard to pull up it's ceased. No curtains or blind in the bathroom but it was facing the car park, so went to the toilet at night with no light on for privacy. The person who booked us in was chewing gum like a cow. The room was overcrowded with furniture leaving little room to move about. The sign on the drawers say they have a hairdryer, they don't. I wouldn't go back there again unless desperate.
dirty, staff were rude, tried to overcharge me. The shower head is falling off the wall, the tv is tiny, no curtains or blinds on the toilet windows, the curtains on normal window are falling off the rail. The sheets were dirty, should not be running as a hotel. I was staying here due to a nightout with friends, okay for a couple of hours. Not for a holiday. Won't be staying again.
The roof didn't leak
Poor state of repair. Room too hot bathroom smelly. No breakfast
Didn't like anything about this Hotel !
Dirty shabby room, tiny space, shower room unfinished, net curtains filthy, no view, no milk (had to ask), the price was far far too expensive for what was provided !
Very poor with regards cleanliness scruffy and worn room. Shower curtain dirty overall disappointed with the hotel
Not as bad as decribed in the reviews.
The bed was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. Towels, soap, shampoo & shower gel provided. TV was small but adequate for the room. Tea & Coffee making facilities were provided.
Room was shabby and in a desperate need of sprucing up. Wardrobe door handle was broken, bed sheet didn't cover the whole mattress, light over bathroom mirror had bulb missing, bin was a bucket with bag inside, chest of drawers advertised a hair dryer which was there but had no plug, carpet was thread bare in places, curtain lining was coming apart and they didn't hang properly, when adjacent room used shower the water bubbled up into my bath which then took ages to go away, shower curtain wasn't at its best, no towel rail in bathroom so had to hang towel on radiator. No mention of WiFi available (but there was a router on the stairway), no mention of whether breakfast was available, no mention of bar opening hours or prices. Being we were above an Indian restaurant a menu for that wasn't even available.
Tiny TV Could hear everything from the next room Unsafe plug socket Shower hanging off the wall Dirty bathroom Room smelt badly of curry due to curry reasteraunt below
Nothing to like
Noisy, loose floor boards, damp ceilings, amateur building internal walls, portable TV, filthy carpets etc. wipe feet on way out
Bed towels clean and tidy. Area lovely. Room was twin with large mirror and lamp
Scruffy carpets. Drawing pin on floor - glad I had shoes on!!!! no plugs in bathroom. Window in room did not open x one static curtain. No curtains in bathroom. On main road. Tv tiny and remote dodgy. Electrics dangerous x extension lead taped together. Hair dryer in draw with leads cut. Broken odd cost hangers in wardrobe. Fire alarm in single room stuffed with paper so rather dangerous. No mirror in that room.
Lovely city Handy Indian restaurant included
Room a bit cramped Decor all a bit old and cheap
The cleanliness of the room was disgusting, dust on all skirting boards, stains on walls, needs a really good hoover even in places not seen. Curtain lining shredded, in need of replacing, hole in walls, wardrobe falling to bits, bath panel coming off, floor tiles lifting, windows not opening properly. Smelt of stale cigerates. Bed was really uncomfortable, wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. Will not return.
Dirt and lack of facilities. Worst 'hotel' I have ever had the mis-fortune to stay at.
