The staff were very nice and helpful. Wi fi access is good. The bedroom door opened on to the corridor door is a potential risk for injury should someone open the corridor door as you were walking out of the room. Also is a fire risk. The wallpaper is peeling off the wall. You have to walk through office to go to toilet. The alternative was to go up three flights of stairs to the other toilets. This wasn't an option for me as I am disabled. There was a shower but no toilet in the room that was odd. The room was very dark as was in the basement . I didn't see this in the hotel guide.

Free wifi. Breakfast included. Breakfast selection could have included yoghurts and a choice of different teas. Curtains were hanging off pole. Wardrobe door would not close.

Staff were delightful. It was clean. Breakfast was much better than I expected. My bed was comfortable. My room needed a refurb. It was clean but it didn't look it.

Handy for most parts of central London. The breakfast was OK, served by friendly staff. Run-down hotel with scuffed doors and walls, badly needing refurbishment. Cramped, depressing room. No lift. Reception in basement. Not specially good value for money.

Food was good and staff friendly. No lift. Rooms were tired and in need of refurbishing. Paint and broken tiles and a cold tap that didnt work. Needs double glazing and decent curtains that fit properly. It wouldnt take much to get this up to standard so lets hope they do it.

The room was clean and comfortable, the decoration was a little dated, but it is a budget hotel so I feel I got what I paid for. It was warm, clean, comfortable. the room had a shower, tv which worked well with a good selection of channels, tea and coffee. The staff were very friendly and help full and breakfast was great. Great value for money. Would happily stay again The only downside I have is that Gower Road is very busy with traffic all night so can be noisy.

Good location and "did what it said" I wasn't intending to spend much time in the hotel other than sleeping so the fact that there was no lounge and he room was definitely a single did not have much of an impact on me. Had that not been the case I would have been disappointed in the facilities.

1) The Czech lady who managed the accounting was very courteous. 2) The hotel is very centrally located in the city. 3) The price was quite cheap. 4) The complimentary breakfast was good. 5) Internet access was quite fast. 1) The room was very tiny. 2) The toilet was shared. 3) The bed was not very comfortable.

Friendly staff. Made to feel comfortable. Sadly, the house-keeping was slightly off. The sheets and pillows contained white blotches and a few dark marks. Not the end of the world, but all the same, a little off putting.

Nothing staff did their best. 59 steps to room: first night got dressed 3.30am as freezing: hot water to shower took 3mins to 5 mins, power to shower very poor. No sign of garden. Surfaces dusty, toothpaste on bathroom wall, worn bedwear, net curtains dirty, doors did not fit frames, stair carpet not safe in 2 places. 3 star hygiene rating for kitchen. £485 for 3 nights reduced to £400 for shower fault is theft! I am not a serial complainer, I enjoy camping, caravans and other forms of holiday.

Also location was good. BEATA IS THE ULTIMATE BEST WITH THIS HOTEL. LOCATION GOOD AND THE REST VERY VERY BAD SORRY TO SAY. 1. beata 2 location this hotel was crying for renovation

its location and price its a little tired and dated - this is not a modern hotel, nor' is it the nicest ive stayed in by any means, but it served a purpose for 1 night. wouldnt want to stay much more than 2 nights in the room though - it was tiny, however if youre looking for a cheap, nicely located hotel for 1/2 nights then id say here is 'just adequate'

The hotel is close to a tube station and it's in a quiet area. The room has carpet, and it's not good, because I'm alergic to it. The shared toiled and bathroom was in the 2nd floor and it means many stairs until them.

The building was nice and the enterance was welcoming. The fact that I could get room with 4 beds. The bathroom was very very dirty, the mould and black slime on the bottom of the shower door and in the corners was absoluitly disgusting. The grime around the bottom of the taps and I will not go on about the toilet. There were no quilts and it wad the old hairy blankets that my gran used to have. The single beds were not your normal singles they were smaller. Staff did not go out of their way to help. I had to attend a meeting in the morning and had left my husband to organise the children before booking out. My husband was 5 mins late for taking my 2 young children down for breakfast and they refused to give them anything to eat, not even a bowl of cerial , and we had paid in advance for breakfast to be included. My children had to leave the hotel without anything to eat. Also the fire doors have over 1,5 inch gaps in them at the bottom so I was concerned that we were on the top floor and the fire doors would have been no use in the event of a fire.
