Clean room, friendly and very helpful staff (thank you June). Close to John Lennon airport and a bus stop! Was a little way out from the city centre, but this was not really a problem as the bus stop was less than a minute walk from the hotel.

Very convenient location for Liverpool airport, only a 10 minute stroll away. Cosy & clean room. Friendly & helpful staff. Good price. Would recommend to others flying early morning from Liverpool Airport.

This hotel was very clean, very nice and helpfull staff, 5 minute walk from airport, near bus stop to Liverpool. In room there was free wi-fi and free tea or coffee. ---------------- Hotel bardzo czysty, pomocna obsługa, 5 minut pieszo od lotniska, obok przystanek autobusowy do centrum. W pokoju darmowe wi-fi oraz herbata i kawa.

The room was spacious comfortable, homely warm and spotless. The bathroom was more than adequate and sparkling clean. The staff especially June were friendly and professional, we were met with a hot drink and given full instructions about the Hotel and information where to eat locally. June ordered a taxi for us which arrived on the dot early next morning and she helped us load our cases. This Hotel is in a perfect location for Liverpool Airport and not that far from the train station. We will use it again and recommend it. Nothing

The hotel was spotlessly clean, with good quality fittings and furnishings, friendly staff, excellent security (locked gated compound for cars) and represented excellent value for money. We were socializing in Liverpool itself,so it was a fair way out (20 min drive). It's a little blighted by it's location.

When we arrived we were offered hot drinks while the receptionist explained safetyguide lines and meal times. Even though we were close to John Lennon Airport we did not hear any aircraft noise. We did not hear any noise from other guests at all.The whole place looked as though it had been newly painted, the carpets were clean and appeared to be new. The on suite was again sparkling and the fan and heater assured comfortable bathing. ... The place was difficult to find mainly because the map we had was very old and mainy changes had been made to the surounding area.

The room small and cosy. Not big and uninviting. When we arrived after a long journey all we wanted was a cup of tea and a biscuit in our room but were disappointed to see that there wasnt any.
