Great countyside, good quality bathroom fittings, spotlessly clean. Very tasty breakfast.

Bedroom was very hot. No Vodafone signal. Arrived quite late (at 21:06), the kitchen closes at 21:00 & chef would'nt even make us a sandwich. As such, I would recomend the Parrrot pub about a mile away - excellent food and atmosphere.

Large ensuite room and very friendly staff.

Run down building, Shower did not work in room 11 - suspected faulty pump. Hot tap just produced air. Not worth the money for the stay.

The exterior decoration are very tired indeed,too many steps, loud and opinionated guests who dominated the proceedings .No receptionist from 7.30 .Disabilaity access non existent -no hand rails or ramps even on the ground floor - no lift

The room 15 was dated, tired, sparse. The curtain wasnt even on the track properly and the room smelt. I was woken at 7 o'clock am by lawn mowers and shouting staff. The bar closed before we returned from a wedding at 10.30! I have never stayed in such a horrible room. I would like my money back.

Staff were extremely courteous and efficient. Excellent full English breakfast - a little on the large side!

Lovely surroundings

Room was basic,but clean,shower making very strange noises and stopped half way through my shower, tele was rubbish old fashioned and only 4 channels, very limited evening menu and quite expensive, breakfast was ok although I was seated for 10 minutes before anyone appeared would not stay here again

Gatton Manor ligt in het prachtige heuvelachtige Surrey, beroemd om z'n hollow roads (holle weggetjes). Wat een prachtige omgeving en mooie dorpjes. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Gatton Manor is toe aan een opknapbeurt. Kamers waren oud. Een aantal kamers werd tijdens ons verblijf opgeknapt. Helaas maakte het geheel een vervallen indruk. Ook de golfbaan is aan onderhoud toe. De nieuwe eigenaar is daar druk mee bezig.

Ruhig Umgebung (bis auf startende Flieger tagsüber), wunderschöne Landschaft, Idylle, gepflegte Parkanlage; zuvorkommender Frühstücksservice

Nice location. Hidden in beautiful countryside.

Can easily hear people talking in the next room. Loudest floor boards ever. Showers are very noisy. Shampoo and shower gels not replaced.

A bit rough. Evening meal was below average but we were too tired to eat anywhere else because the hotel location was so remote.

Mobile reception is terrible. If I didn't want to be disturbed I'd turn my mobile off but not having any repletion caused us a problem when organising.

There was a golf tournament on the Sunday so we were woken up at 6am and then again from 7am by lots of noisy golfers outside.

beautiful location

fire alarm went off at 4 am and continued on and off untill after 5am, not a good nights sleep.Inside of the hotel is fine but the outside is in very poor condition with the window frames rotten and the general appearance of been derelicit.

The room was not quite as we expected, the Hotel is also a little old and in need of refurbishment. The windows in our room where rotten on the outside, but other than that, it was good.

Location, Location and Location. The view from my room was splendid. Very homely atmosphere. Staff went out of their way to accommodate me. I was a sole traveler, but felt secured and safe in my environment. They upgraded my room for free, and were very hospitable.

One day that it rained.... even that was beautiful
