The room was a good size but could have done with an additional power socket. Well situated for the airport. |

We checked in at 4am hoping to get a good 7 hours sleep before the 2 and a half hour drive home. When we arrived to the room it smelt like a mens urinal, this was the bathroom! at 8am the ride on lawn mower started and continued until 10.30am all in all we got just about 4 hours sleep! |

Location & price of room As always breakfast is hidously overpriced, and the room is very noisey with very uncomfortable beds. Staff not interested on check-out and didn't fulfill Premier Inn quality propmise. |

Provided perfect overnight stop before our early morning flight. Good food at restaurant and excellent, friendly staff. The instructions were somewhat confusing - after driving for nearly three hours the need to drive past the airport turning and then wind our way through lights and junctions when the instructions are not clear was frustrating. |

Very attentive staff & good restaurant associated with the hotel but uncomfortable beds.Used as a Gatwick airport "stop over". "Budget hotel" beds will understandably be less comfortable. |

We liked the fact there was a good pub/restaurant immediately next door. We stayed here for 1 night prior to an early morning flight from Gatwick and found it very convenient. |

Efficient staff and clean rooms at an affordable price. Proximity to a restaurant/bar was also very welcome, as was the courtesy bus. |

very efficient transport service to and from gatwick airport, very friendly staff, very comfortable rooms, lovely pub right across the road serving very good quality meals and not just patronised by hotel-goers,lovely setting next to pond with ducks and geese.handy to the aiport but avoids feeling like a concrete jungle type of budget pre-flight stay. |

Everybody we met who worked for the hotel were very pleasant and extremely helpful. This includes the shuttle bus drivers, reception staff and restaurant staff - we had a full English breakfast which was fantastic, we enjoyed it so much that we went back in the evening to have dinner. One of the friendliest hotels we have ever stayed at. |

The hotel is very near the airport bud does not suffer from airplane noise at all. The restaurant next door is excellent, it is a coaching inn which is hundreds of years old and very atmospheric with open fires, low beamed ceiling etc. The hotel is a bit in need of a refurb but for less than £50 near the airport, represents excellent vfm. |

Hotel room comfortable, entirely adequate for the length of stay, mini bus for the airport on time and courteous double room with only one bath towel and one hand towel seems curious.asked for pair of scissors to cut binding on our luggage and were told that they didnt have a pair as someone had borrowed them and not brought them back..not sure how long ago this incident occurred, but buy another pair came to mind |
