The had free internet at the bar. Didnt like it becuase the staff were rude. It was next to the main road. The room was very noises. |

we found the staff very friendly and the room was a goog size with a nice bathroom and we had a excellent evening meal in the resturant. the hotel is a tranfer hotel to gatwick airport so we were awoken the first night by excited holiday makers waiting for there tranfer. (but it was a very warm night and we did have the window open) |

We had to leave at 7 am and I was under the impression that breakfast would be available from 6. However, the young lady at the restaurant said that she could prepare the full English breakfast for us so we wouldn't miss our shuttle to airport. I really appreciate her helpfulness. Also the cleanliness of rooms is worth mentioning. We stayed at the hotel in June and it was really warm. Cats made an awful noise at the darkest time of night so had to close the window. Which was bad since there was no air conditioning in the room. So, either chase the cats or get A/C (or at least a fan). |

ideally placed for Gatwick airport. Had a good meal in the restaurant.Service very good. pleasant staff.it added an extra day to our holiday. Relaxed. Able to leave our car there, and excellent collection service from the airport. |

As we have experienced in the past the Cambridge is excellent value for money and we feel safe leaving our car in their locked compound whilst we are away on holiday. We'd never stay anywhere else. Evening meal was lovely and we had a good breakfast. The Polish lady behind the bar was so friendly it made our stay a very good experience. |

Convenient for Gatwick Airport, the Cambridge offers parking and free transfers. We had a brief stay only, but the hotel has a restful atmosphere and lovely dining room - excellent for an early holiday flight. We were picked up from the airport, very efficiently. |

The hotel is very very clean and standard of rooms and bathroom is high .Comfortable bed and proximity of its car park make it good value as Airport Parking Hotel and Transfer service. Both timees I have rung from the airport on the courtesey phone for pick up I have not got through...I have had to use my mobile..then I get thro to Hotel. Pick up can take 30 + minutes. |

Efficient free transfer service from and to the airport. Hotel staff very polite and helpful. Decent sized room, light and bright, with comfortable bed and all mod cons. Good freshly cooked breakfast that hadn't been left under a hot plate. Very good value for money and I will use the hotel again. |

24 hours free airport transfer was the primary reason for our stay, and have stayed before, the hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff friendly and helpfull. Would recommend and stay again. |

We used the Cambridge for a simple overnight stay before an early flight from Gatwick. Good easy to find location, secure parking, free transfer minibus to and from Gatwick, pleasant efficient staff. |

Convenience for Gatwick. Very warm welcome at reception. Comfortable room. Deal was prompt pick up from Gatwick. This did not happen and although we only waited 20 minutes another family had been waiting for over an hour. They had to travel on to Wales so this was not acceptable. Apologies were made to them and us and a free drink offered. |

Very nice staff and food pretty good also very close to airport. Although hotel has double glazing my room was on a busy road and traffic kept me awake until about 2:30 am. No lift. No clock in room. Would only stay again if could get a room at back of hotel. |

the staff was very freindly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was tasty, the driver was incredibly helpful the communication between staff members was not outstanding - one would tell us something and another wouldn't realize that the statement had been made (i.e. "just call and we'll pick you up from the train station" and "we don't usually do that..." No issues at the end of the day fo rus, but is a watch-out for happiness of future guests. |
