Everything - absolutely first rate service, excellent facilities, splendid breakfast

Helpful and friendly staff, prompt with taxi from airport and tea on our return from our holiday in Croatia which was most welcom.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Free pick up and drop off at airport very useful. Light breakfast fine. Great location for easy ride to airport and walk to town or great pub (6 Bells?)

Walls very thin and could hear tv and talking especially very early in the morning as people left for airport.

The owners were immensely friendly. There is also a free car ride to the airport which was extremely useful.

Single room bit noisy from traffic and plain though to be expected at the price £5 for parking when not flying from the airport is annoying - an all in price would be better

I really enjoyed staying at Gatwick Turret House as it was so clean and the staff were so welcoming and hospitable. Also the breakfast room was adorable with a wonderful breakfast and it was so nice to have a shuttle to the airport. Thankyou

I liked staying there a lot. I have allergies to perfumed substances ,polish ,toilet duck ..etc. I requested no perfumed products at all even softners on sheets affect me. So no products were used fab fab fab. The Breakfast dining room was pleasant light and airy Very clean.At least 2 tables were by the windows. Food & service good. Free taxi to airport if you fly between hours of 7am & 10pm. That Was good as would cost £10 if you had to Pay. If you choose cooked breakfast as opposed to continental it was only £2.50 extra and was lovely. We parked our car for 15 days good value for money. We had a room at the back of the house where the cars are parked. We could sit out at a table and have a cuppa and a read . Not a great view but nice anyway. We walked to station and got a train to tower bridge. Took 30 mins but great to relax and plan next bit of journey . After that just choose what line you want piccadilly,circle etc. great transport system. We had food at the six bells pub family pub Just a few mins walk food good atmosphere great,price good. You can take kids in so that's great.

Nothing it was all good we stayed 2 days.

Easy to find, convenient location, very friendly staff, good clean room, good bathroom.

Quietness

Spotlessly clean - excellent late night arrival/departure facilities - plenty of parking at a decent rate - v close to Gatwick.

Very nice staff and service. The best choice if you want to stay close to Gatwick airport and ready to fly, free pick-up service to airport and breakfast which are really great.

The lady owner was very kind and helpful. Airport pickups are a must for me being a single traveller and in an unknown area. Breakfast was excellent

For only £2.50 you could have a cooked breakfast which was very good and well worth it. It is very close to the town which has a Lidle and Waitrose for those last minute things! Very close to airport and owner provided transport.

Amazing good value guesthouse with warm,clean,quiet room and shower room. Simple but good fruit and toast breakfast. Owner personally picked me up from the airport and delivered me back at 7.30 the following morning. All included in the price.Would definitely go again.

Perfect for a Gatwick layover. Much better than staying at a more expensive and characterless hotel.

Nothing to dislike. For the £39 I got the room off Booking.com, it was ideal.

The lady host was sexy, and friendly.

No phones in the room to call the front desk if u have questions.

I was stuck overnight at Gatwick after I missed my flight and the guest house was friendly, included breakfast and free airport shuttle service. It was an excellent value for being 3 minutes from Gatwick airport.

everythig was great

We rang for the free transfer when we arrived at the airport, the Mercedes arriving very promptly. The hotel is in walking distance from the old six bells pub which is a great way to spend an evening if you have booked in because of an early flight the next morning. Everything is very clean and comfortable, large shower with very hot water and although we left at 5am, we could still help ourselves to fruit, cereal and a cuppa before our taxi arrived.

There is no lift, so luggage hauling isn't easy if you are on an upper floor. The free transfer is only between 7am and 10pm. Neither of these things would put us off staying there again though.

Smell of curry as I walked in,sorry I hate curry ! (no smell in bedroom)
