The hotel is very central in Crawley and for the price I paid, probably the best value I have had in 16 trips to the UK. The front desk staff were very helpful and went out of their way to do some extra things for me. There were no flannels (facecloths, washcloths) for the bathroom. |

I liked the location of the hotel, being in the centre of the town near the nightlife. I did not like the creaky floorboards, or the fact that the heating seemed to be constantly on. |

The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. The location of the Hotel was convenient for London Gatwick and Crawley town centre. I asked for a no smoking room. There was a smell of cigarettes in the corridor. |

We stayed in a building separated from the main hotel, the hallway was steaming hot and the room smelled of smoke. There were a lot of noise during the night and some guys drinking kept us up, when they left the hotel in the middle of the night they banged on every door including ours and woke everybody up. We also asked for a wake up call at 7 since we had an early flight out of Gatwick and the wake up call was 20 min. late. |

we enjoyed our stay as always we were a litle disappointed this time with the cleanliness of the room but hopefully next time will be ok the staff are always very helpful the food is always good too. We will be back soon to stay again. only the fact that the room was not as clean as normal but I am sure next time everything will be fine as I did report it to the reception staff. |

The Hotel opened up on to the high street which made shopping very simple The reception is at the back of the hotel and did not appear welcoming. It made me very nervous approaching the hotel as it was also dark |

excellent breakfasts, clean and spacious room, friendly and courteous staff, surprisingly quiet at night although in close proximity to town centre and shopping malls. no lift to some rooms in main building...a long hike with suitcases and as in all UK hotels, public areas overheated |

Lovely breakfast Our room needed some tlc, our wardrobe door was broken and there was holes in the wall from a missing picture i think. Weve had alot better rooms at the hotel. The duty mananger was also extremely rude and unhelpful with an error made by a member of his staff over a breakfast booking. This was a shame as this was our 3rd stay at the hotel this year. |
