I would say that it is a nice location place, just on the main street of crawley. The room is big and good for this price. Has everything you need for a hotel. Internet is too slow.only 10kb/per second. If you need to use a lot of internet and watch movie on internet, this is not a good choice.

The house keeping is very good. Breakfast was nice. The interior of the Hotel is excellent. Reception very helpful The internet connectivity fluctuates seriously on the first floor. The stairwell from Restaurant to the first floor must be painted and cleaned.

Location, quiet. There was no heating in the room and the outside temp. Was 0 degrees. Radiator looked as though it had not worked for a while. Asked for fan heater but not available. Eventually after 2 hours had to move to another room so a 2 day relaxing stay became 2 x 1 days. New room much better - seems as though we were given a second rate room originally (because booked via agency??) No refund offered although we did obtain a short extension.

Great location for where my conference was held. Just a five or ten minute walk from the train station, which is just two train stops from Gatwick airport. I stayed is the older part of the hotel, no street noise and huge rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included, full English actually, not just continental. My colleague and I booked a room each, but booked them together. The hotel decided to put us in different buildings of the hotel.

WI-FI to the rooms Central location Good value for money Big room Couldn't control the heat in the room - there was no knob on the radiator A little dated - they're going to need to do a refurb. Once the Holiday Inn opens up just down the road at the end of the year, I'd be staying there. Bar didn't seem to be open - didn't ask since there are loads others to choose from in the high street

Town centre location. Close to bars, restaurants & other amenities. We have stayed a number of times and on this occasion the reception staff were unhelpful. Also, we booked a smoking room through the 'Smokers United' website but ended up with a non-smoking. The bed was also very uncomfortable.

I like the hotel as I have been staying there for years en route to a holiday. It is close to restaurants and the staff are very helpful and I also liked the bedroom and the breakfasts.I stayed with my grown-up son so don't fit into your categories. Only problem - I wanted to leave my car and pick it up after my holiday and was told I could by the man on the desk. The next person told me the hotel had stopped doing this but he allowed me to do this. This is the main reason I have been going to the hotel over many years.

The bed was comfortable and room a good size. Free WiFi No restaurant or bar on site. No gluten free options as requested at booking. No room service until pressure put on staff to provide this. Staff not adequately trained to offer service. Very noisy (thin walls and floors). All in all a shabby hotel and service.
