Friendly staff and ease of transfer between airport and hotel. The room allocated was not the one booked. A private function meant the restaurant was not available and the bar menu was not as extensive as claimed. |

The quickness of reception when booking in and out. The room was clean but a little too hot even with it turned low. But that is a personal thing. |

close to airport, good online price Double room for 2 people however only one bath towel and one hand towel in room. Hardly any water pressure from sink taps - a little better from bath but not enough. |

It was comfortable, clean and warm. In combination with the airport bus transfer service, it was very convenient for very early or very late flights. |
