The hotel is convenient for the airport and also has a mini-supermarket/garage located nearby. Pleasant environment. Slightly frustrating waiting for the airport bus service and also having to pay extra for this very short journey, 4 pounds I think for myself and two children, but it would not put me off. |

easy bus access to gatwick and from there london, all i needed really not really, could use another machine for banking, as i live abroad at present my debit card didn`t work on your lobby machine, need on with interact . |

It was very close to the airport, transport from the hotel was good. Room was clean, bed was soft :). Nice that they have cofe/tea oportunity in the room. The shower thing could have been better. |

convenience to Gatwick. Shuttle bus. voice communication/telephone from hotel phone at Gatwick was very difficult to hear. |

For our purpose of closeness to Gatwick airport & late night check in it was ideal. Cramped room with bunks in doublebed room not ideal. We had booke a doublebed room. |

the rooms were comfortable, well mainyained and clean. The bar and food were good value for money and the shuttle bus to the airport was a god send th only thing i would warn anyone of was the cost of the taxis to the hotel, from gatwick train station £8.50 take the shuttle bus £3 per person much better if travelling as a couple (i know this is nothing to do with the hotel but handy to know if you are getting there by means other than a car) |

The breakfast, although not included in the room rate, was very good. The lifts made reaching our room easy. The hotel is about a 5-10 minute cab ride from the airport, which is farther and longer than the 800 meters indicated in the description |
