good quality fittings, lovely bedding comfortable and relaxing furniture, close proximty to city centre all for a reasonable price. Apartment let down by poor maintinance, paintwork very tatty which spoiled the overall image. Mugs were badly stained and had to be scrubbed clean before use. |

near to town centre, clean apartments could have been larger, doors too hard to open, not enough items left for the visitors convienience, i. e no shampoo. |

We liked the comfort of the place, the design and the quality of the fittings. The parking was conveniently located. The night security man made us very welcome and was particularly helpful as we arrived after 10 pm with our 5 year old. The beds were excellent, as was the shower. Not anything substantial. The only minor flaw was that the plug for the very attractive floor lamp was continental and no adaptor was obvious so that we were not able to use it, The lighting in the rooms was fine, but it would have been good if there had been a dimmer switch or perhaps a softer light for the evenings. |

Apartments were well serviced and security staff were very good and diplomatic with all occupants including some 'lads parties'. This meant we had a good quiet stay. Apartmets were well appointed and very comfortable. Couldn't use freezer as it was frozen solid and needed defrosting!! Cleanliness was not fantastic as there were marks on the doors which we removed with a damp cloth. |

Close to the new Cabot shopping centre and other sights of Bristol were walking distance. Comfortable bed and spacious lounge diner. Having a separate room to relax in when one person wants to stay up later is a bonus you don't tend to get in hotels unles you book a suite. The security guard Dave was very helpful and welcoming and the security measures necessary given the area. The modern facilities did not make up for the derelict area the apartments are situated in (boarded up buildings and I had to think twice about about walking on my own in daylight). The apartments have been furnished in modern minimalist style but the quality left a lot to be desired. |

I was on a business trip and I liked the independence and space in the apartment - it made a great alternative to a normal hotel. Having unlimited internet access was great. No, it was a very positive experience. |

Well equipped apartment. Walking distance of city centre and Cabot circus (for restaurants). Good shower. Bedroom had no hooks, wardrobe or shelves, just a metal coat stand which blocked the access to one side of the bed. Area around the hotel is being regenerated. Lot of boarded up buildings - rather seedy part of town. |

Ease of use; ability to treat the room as ours Overview of ghastly car park and detritus. Position in seedy area; not suitable for walking out at night |

All the facilities of home. Comfy bed. It would have been nice if there were tables on the decking at the back of the building. The weather was nice - so we wanted to sit outside - and ended up having to sit on the decking, which isn't very comfortable. |

I do not think I was given the apartment that I booked. When I was making my inital booking I asked the difference between a delux and superior (delux more expensive). I was advised that the delux was on the top floor and had a bigger floor plan. I was given apartment 34 on the second floor. Did question it when I arrived and was told that that was the apartment booked for me.. Paid £236. Paid for secure car parking but it was not secure, did not need a code to access car park even though given one.The view from our apartment was the dump accross the road, not what I expected |

We all loved the sofa, Ipod dock, the beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms were very handy for us. Wireless broadband was handy given we didn't prepare for what were going to do and see! Very simple interior design, black & white with highlight red and living space was a good space. It is a well specced apartment and reasonably priced given the location and what we got for our money. Downsides: one of the bathrooms had a miniture sink deemed useless! There was enough space for a larger one. Also, the hot water ran out just after one of us had a bath. After waiting 2 hours we'd given up on waiting for the "boost" to heat the enormous tank and two of us left without showering properly. Could the electric card/key be powering the tank? If so... this might need rethinking! |

They provided a home from home experience in contrast to the impersonal feeling of a hotel. It meant that we could use the facilities when we wanted rather than stick to a hotel's timetable. The apartment was very well-equipped with the latest technology and equipment, it was very clean and comfortable and we felt that the levels of security were very high. Nothing - other than we wish we could have stayed longer !! |

the quality as advertised was what we expected there was nobody manning the front desk on our arrival nor during thewhole time that we stayed there for 3 days! we were concerned about our safety in the area and did not feel comfortable knowing that there was no one at the front desk! |
