A George hotel nagyon korfontos, szep es minden kenyelmet kielegito a szoba es furdoszoba berendezes. Tiszta es rendezett. A szemelyzet baratsagos, a vacsora es a reggeli boseges es nagyon finom. Szivesen toltottem volna hosszabb idot.
Enjoyed our evening in the pub, very nice feel to the place.
Great location for walking, lovely staff, spacious room and cosy pub to relax in at the end of the day.
We booked 4 rooms despite there only being 5 of us, so £280 was very expensive for a 1 night stay. The rooms were smaller than expected and dirty. Hair found in the sink, stained bedspreads and generally skirting boards, nooks and crannies dirty. The net around the 4 poster looked grey.
We ate here last Easter and were very impressed with the food, so decided to actually stay this year. The staff and food were again very good. The rooms were nicely furnished.
bath/shower downright dangerous as bath became extremely slippery when standing in it to take a shower. I fell and bruised myself quite badly on the side of the bath. Also got no breakfast even tho included in price. We were late down but other places in the village were serving thru til lunch time so they will def get our custom next time.
Room pretty and cosy . Bathroom nice and roomy.
only minor negative, pillows could be plumper, but would put up with that for the plusses!
the welcome was really warm and genuine, the room though not ultra updated, was comfortable, good hot water soft towels, all you can ask for. food was fantastic at reasonable price, would return.
Me and my partner had a lovely stay food and hotel it's self were excellent would definatly recommend an intend to go bk
Bit cramped and obviously look after locals first
Very attentive staff and friendly atmosphere
Atmosphere in the bar area Food menu choices and quality of food Friendly staff
We were staying over for a family birthday party, the food was great a traditional pub menu fantastic service. The room was quiet and comfortable. Room 1.
The only downside was the bathroom could do with a bit of an upgrade, but still perfectly functional..
Great location, staff very friendly and helpful, food was excellent, all in all a great break...
Everything including handy parking
we loved the log fire welcome in the pub. the room we had was beautiful and the bed comfy
excellent breakfast lovely hotel
Bathroom on room 4 Noisy extract fan
Bed Room Bar Open fire Food
Very friendly and helpful staff. Cosy room. Great atmosphere just a lovely place to stay. Good value too.
The only thing I didn't like was that the room could do with decorating. The ceiling hadn't been painted for years and had quite a lot of cobwebs hanging down
Lovely pub/hotel in a great position. Food was very nice and good portions. Beer was well kept with ample choice.
Bed a little lumpy.
The traditional enviroment. Oak beams, roaring fire in a old fashioned range. More than likely original. Good position for walking etc. Tradional pub grub and real ales. Staff very friendly and accomodating.
ALL OF IT, ALSO VERY CENTRAL TO AREAS ETC..
Room was over the bar and noise went on quite late (football team). Coffee not brilliant.
Friendliness, courtesy in reception. Good recommendation for dinner (Roundhouse). Useful back door to carpark. Good breakfast.
light outside our bedroom window was on all night, which made the room bright.
Quaintness of the building and the room
If you're tall avoid room 4, not much in the way of headroom in the bath. Breakfast was a bit disappointing until our last morning when the cook changed and we got a fabulous breakfast. Road can be a bit noisy.
The hotel is in a great location if you enjoy walking. The meals were varied and it was nice that guests had a private entrance.
Nothing to dislike.
friendly owners and staff.Good quality food that was well cooked.a very good ambience in the bar area.
Bed creaky and very uncomfortable Bathroom sink dirty Big build up of gunge around taps Mildew on windows Skirting boards thick with dust Waitress who served breakfast was also cleaning bar floors in between serving our food! Not very hygienic
