Very good food in dining room; Attractive dining room; Friendly, helpful staff.
Room 10 was very small for a double room - high window; small car park; Room 5 did not have a proper shower, otherwise it was a very pleasant room

The room and food were perfect for our requirements. And the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Very comfortable accommodation, helpful staff, and first class food.
Despite reporting that the bedroom door was very stiff to open, firstly when we arrived, and again later. It was not dealt with during our stay.
Staff where friendly and very professional, breakfast was top notch would definitely visit again.
Friendly staff Good food Dog friendly
Very basic room think we had a contractors room Did not get towels on our second day Broken toilet seat
Every member of staff were very friendly and gave you their time if needed.
The end of our time there.
Excellent staff. Food was well above your average pub food. Good private parking to the rear.
Too expensive for what it was. Bed seemed too small somehow to be a double.
We found the staff of the G&D Inn to be polite and always there and knowledgeable on locale sights, our room was wonderful and food was second to none....
All of it
friendliness of staff food location everything
the room was very hot
Staff accommodation and food excellent
Nothing to dislike
Good breakfast. Arrived late so unable to take advantage of facilities.
Bar closed too early. Would have expected as a hotel you would serve residents.
The landlady was rude We asked "if" we wanted to stay an extra night did they have availability we didn't end up staying and she wanted to charge me for the room for enquiring and threatened to phone police telling me who would they believe they know her and like her, I told her to get the police as I know I've done nothing wrong she ended up letting us leave after this the food was greasy and they placed a family with a newborn and a 18 month old on the top flo
Great location, lovely garden and tasty breakfast
The staff were all friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the lock on the first room we were offered which meant that we had to change rooms after two nights but that was no ones fault, just one of those things. The rooms were of a high standard.
The food was excellent!
