Perfekt beligenhed når formålet med opholdet er at se Edinburgh by og besøge attraktionerne. Tæt beligenhed til sightseeing busserne. Forbedre adgangsforholdende til værelserne. Vi skulle med 2 forskellige eleveatorer for at komme til vores værelse no.39. Først 1 etage op med den første elevator og så 1 etage ned med en anden elevator?? Dette må kunne gøres bedre.! |

velindrettet värelse, god kvalitet, nyligt renoveret med gode detaljer. Centralt beliggende men minimalt stöjniveau. registrering til morgenmad unödigt kompliceret! |

Very comfortable,central, and staff were very attentive and efficient overall most favourable and would recommend. A downside that is probably beyond your control is the parking and the chages are horrific. |

The hotel has a good central location within walking distance of the railway station and bus stops nearby. The decor has a scottish feel and the beds are comfortable. The room and bed were much smaller than on our previous visit. The room was noisy being at the front of the hotel and also too warm at night. I would have liked a teapot on my table at breakfast. |

Service, staff, welcome champagne, central location, food, room and bed size, room facilities. The room had no air conditioning and was stifling during the night, with both of us having a poor sleep. It was the only thing that was wrong, but it did put a dampner on the weekend. |

Close to all shopping center, restaurant, family entertainment area, and easy access to public transportation. Bed mattress is comfort. The bath shower water pressure is very low. No shower cap provided and no mini fridge. However overall it is an excellent hotel. |

Perfect central location for visit to Edinburgh. Air conditioning was essential in 25 degree heat although I know not all rooms had this facility. Parking! |

The owners bend over backwards to help you and provide a very friendly welcome and efficient service to all. Despite the low price, this guest house is exceptional. My room was well equipped, excellent ensuite bath/shower room and the shampoos, soaps, bottled water, chocolates, biscuits, complimentary coffees and teas were of the highest quality and far superior to my normal 4 or 5 star hotels. The reviewer that gave this guest house a 6 for being a guest house and not a hotel has not read the description - it clearly says and looks like a guest house. Free off-street parking was a real bonus and the breakfast was 10 out of 10. Perhaps the 3 keys to get you back in could be better labelled but it is such a minor point. |
