Loistava sijainti, kaupat ja ravintolat aivan tuntumassa

ihan perus huo9ne olisi voinut olla vähän isompi, muuten ei mitään valitettavaa

Erinomainen sijainti rautatie-aseman lähellä. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Hotellin aamiaisen hinta 16.50£ ! Liikaa.

Ei saatavana allergiahuonetta. Kaikissa huoneissa tunkkainen kokolattiamatto. Aamupalan hinta sen tasoon nähden korkea.

Huoneestamme, se itsessään oli tosi siisti ja mukava. Aamiainenkin oli oikein monipuolinen ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Sijainti aivan keskustassa.

No, tilasin 'kumppanin hellyttely' -huoneen jossa oli mansikoita ja ruusunlehtiä, kuten pitikin. Tullessa piti olla lasit shampanjaa valmiina. Eipä näkynyt respassa eikä huoneessa. En viitsinyt mennä valittamaan myöhemmin, oikea hetki oli jo mennyttä. Muuten kokolailla täydellistä.

Hotellin sijainti erinomainen keskellä uutta kaupunkia. Aamiainen hyvä ja se tarjoiltiin hienossa salissa. Henkilökunta asiallista ja kohteliasta.

Ei oikein ymmärretty miksi luottokortilta tehtiin suurempi varaus kuin varauksessa ollut hinta kun menimme hotelliin. Jos tämä on käytäntö sen voisi kertoa etukäteen varaussivulla !!!!!!

Sijainti ja se, että sai juttukavereilta lisäpisteitä kun mainitsi missä hotellissa asui.

Respan henkilökunnan kehonkieli - ei ollut tarpeeksi hienoa hienossa hotellissa! Poikkeuksena oli loistavaa palvelua antanut aulan kilttimies.

All the staff we came across were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much bother.

The hotel was modern and clean especially in the communal areas.

I booked this stay for myself and my husband as a treat before our 1st baby is born in March. We were in an executive room at the front of the hotel. Nowhere does it mention that there is a nightclub directly opposite. We stayed on a monday night and were kept awake from 2300-0345 hours. not impressed! This was supposed to be a relaxing overnight stay. Hotel did offer a free upgrade next time we stay at the hotel however as I mentioned I am 7 months pregnant and it will be a long time before my husband and I have another night away. After my experience we have no desire to stay at this hotel again! No refund or partial refund offered for the inconvenience encountered.

On our first night we stayed in a room that was above a dumpster and on an alley which was very noisy. I ck'd with the staff the next morning and they immediately said that our room would be changed for us. I also was unable to mail our pkgs, (due to a weekend) and they kindly handled all of this for us. We were given exceptional treatment and courtesy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and I would certainly recommend the hotel.

We arrived a bit early for ck in, and because it was a very busy time for them, we had to qait quite a bit for our room. They were kind enough to store all of our luggage and shopping.

City centre location

Double bedroom very small, bedroom facing onto George Street noisy at night. Breakfast, got toast but no other choice of breads when we eat (9.00am). Stayed in far better 4 star hotels in europe. Overall very expensive for what we got

Location

On the Sunday they had so many guests we along with others were stuck in a room off the main breakfast area. As a consequence the food was just warm and always running out as it was served from hot trays.

The rooms were excellent and we all appreciated the champagne and chocolates. Some of the staff were excellent namely Eva on reception, Lucas the concierge and Monica in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble for these particular members of staff.

Ou main complaint was only the breakfast facility. We had 2 disabled people in our group of 6 and on the Saturday morning we came down to a large queue.We were told to stand and wait by a very unfriendly lady. After ten minutes I went to reception and Eva sorted us out immediately with a table. In fairness I think this was partly due to how busy the weekend was. The weekend was very expensive and I expected much more at breakfast.
