Otroligt rent och fräscht, fina lokaler, bra frukost samt trevlig personal (förutom en flicka i receptionen som var direkt ortevlig utan anledning.) Flickan i receptionen... |

Centralt läge på George Street, gott om restauranger i närheten. Hotellets egen restaurang Tempus höll också god standard, samt serverade en mycket god frukost. Fräscha, rena rum. Dessvärre en del servicemissar att anmärka på: Städpersonalen glömde att fylla på nytt toalettpapper, och vi fick påpeka detta 2 gånger innan de äntligen skickade upp ett par rullar. Vid utcheckningen uppstod komplikationer av värre art: Mitt VISA-kort blev nekat, och jag tvingades använda ett reservkort. I efterhand upptäckte jag att de tagit dubbelt betalt, och det tog några dagar innan jag fått tillbaka pengarna. Dåligt! Vi måste också anmärka på duschen, där vattentrycket var rent bedrövligt svagt. I det stora hela så anser jag att ett hotell i denna prisklass bör bjuda på bättre service. |

Trevligt stadshotell med mycket bra läge. Lagom stort och trevliga rum. Några missöden i personalens service, men som helhet ett mycket bra hotell. Slamrig och stökig restaurang såväl vid middag på kvällen som vid frukosten. Ej helt tillfredsställande service. Beställde vid två tillfällen adapter till rummet, men fick ingen. En natt kl 02.30 knackade en kypare på dörren med matbricka som inte beställts. |

Underbart nyrenoverade rum! Luktade till och med lite nytapetserat. Och restaurangen och baren som hör till hotellet serverade toppengod mat. Personalen gav oss fel information om var närmaste hållplatsen till bussen skulle gå till flygplatsen låg. Hade vi inte haft god tid på oss, hade vi missat flyget på grund av dom. Dom trodde att bussen gick på andra sidan gatan av hotellet. Men den stannar inte där, utan man måste gå till bussstationen eller i närheten av busstationens hållplatser. |

the restaurant was good and the staff very nice as i stated before the room was a bit small and i would have liked to know about an upgrade. the no parking would put you off too. |

I thought the location was fantastic and the room very comfortable indeed. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in! Our bathroom fan was not working and the breakfast was cold. Service at breakfast was not very good either but the other hotel staff were excellent. |

Efficient staff; unobtrusive and helpful; well appointed rooms; high quality catering No parking...some of the breakfast tables were too small in the bar area to manage the number of breakfast items. |

The location was impressive and very convenient for the city centre. However the lack of any parking places meant a long shlep with our bags from the nearest public car park. The rooms are becoming quite tired. No air-conditioning and therefore the window needs to be open which lets in all the traffic noise and the bin-men noise at early in the morning. Also the biggest complaint was the lack of breakfast space in the restaurant. Having to queue up for breakfast in a 4 star hotel is totally unacceptable. I complained to the duty manager and was fobbed off with the excuse that it was "because everybody seems to come down at the same time!" |

The standard of the facilities are excellent, the food is delicious and varied and the staff do their utmost to ensure a friendly, personalised service, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even more so with the 'treat your partner' special offer package. Would recommend to anyone |

The location was very good the Staff where always polite and friendly . Check in time we arrived very early in the morning we where asked to come back to check in as the room was not available we where given a time of 1.00pm when we returned at 2.30pm the room was still not ready we had to wait in the Bar for a future 30-40 minutes As this was not a cheap hotel i would have expected service to reflect the price. |

the bed was comfortable, most of the staff were friendly and helpful, the view from the room was ok the toilet did not flush properly, room service took ages and some items were wrong or incomplete, at breakfast the staff were clearly rushed off their feet, we were seated at a table that was already occupied. staff had cleared the tea and toast while the couple were collecting their breakfast! they returned to the table to find us sitting there! service was non existent. I had to get up and approach staff to get coffee. I did notice that the staff serving the other side of the room were very attentive however. not keen on having to queue for breakfast! have been in hotels allover Europe, including Eastern Europe, and this has never happened. and don't get me started on the flute player at 4 in the morning! |

A really nice hotel, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size and extremely clean. I found the service immpecable and I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody. A really excellent stay. |

Lack of any parking or valet service. At 2300 in the evening the only advice was to go to the NCP about half a mile away and walk back! |

We didn't like the first room assigned as it was over outside garbage bins making it excessively noisy when the pub's beer bottles were dumped. The new room was outstanding however. |
