The hotel is excellently situated and within easy walking distance to the station, the main shopping streets and attractions. Even the Old Town is within easy reach. I also liked the rooms, they were tidy and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The quiet but central location was much appreciated, we didn't hear the traffic at all at night. We missed a mini-bar for cold drinks, it is essential when the weather is hot. The staff could be more friendly... The errors in the invoice were irritating and also the fact that it took two phone-callls to get it straightened. |

The size and standard of the room. The professionalism and helpfulness of staff. The fantasic view from the window and the lovely large and very comfortable bed Was a bit disappointed in the bathroom, it was perfectly clean and adequate but for the size and standard of room I had expected the bathroom to also be something special |

The fact it was so close to the main part of town. The comfort and ease of checking into the hotel, and the selection of food that was available for breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing really, except that the breakfast menu offered hash browns , but we ended up with potato cakes, not a big problem, but it would have been nice to have had the choice. |

The staff were efficient and helpful. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was buffet style and therefore the cooked items were not particularly fresh. The breakfast was also over-priced. |

Well presented, great location, nice staff and good value package. Enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, but very hot humid and stuffy making it hard to sleep (no aircon, though we were in the modern wing) as the windows appeared locked shut, and a sign said they were restricted for safety. It took two days to work out that you could actually open them ajar and how, as there were no instructions. |

The hotel is so central and convenient for transportation, shopping, etc. and the staff (especially reception) very helpful and accommodating in regard to special requests. As a solo traveller, had no qualms about personal security. |

Good Location, nice rooms, Friendly staff Breakfast was disappointing on the second day, the food was not replenished quick enough. I went 4 four times before all the items were available on the hot buffet. |

Excellent location in the centre of tasteful restaurants and bars; very pleasant helpful staff. The standard room was very tastefully decorated-would recommend this hotel without reservation and will definitely return. Loved everything |
