It was a lovely spacious and clean room, and the staff were friendly and polite. The curtains did not cover the windows adequately - along with the noise of the traffic in the morning - this actually spoiled what was an otherwise lovely stay. If these two issues were addressed with some decent double glazing and blackout curtains, we would definitely stay in your hotel again. If they weren't then we definitely would not, since the most fundamental thing about staying in a hotel is that you have a good nights sleep, which unfortunately was not part of our experience.

Very spacious room with plenty of tea/coffee facilities in the room. Wide choice of digital tv channels. Excellent buffet breakfast, full English + cereals + toast etc. Good wifi reception in the rooms, no problem streaming bbc iplayer. Very little soundproffing in the rooms. Quite easy to hear people coughing in adjacent rooms or simply plugging things into sockets. Someone else in our group had a room next to the gym and could hear the exercise machines. Not a major problem as there were no noisy guests or noise late into the night. Just a shame that the large extension was not soundproofed properly.

Our room was at the front of the building, which with the sash windows meant that we were woken very early by the sound of the traffic.

For the price this hotel was great. The room was fine unable and what you would expect of a 3 star. The pool, sauna, gym and steam room were the best bits. Very quite and lovely!!! The staff were great. The location was in the middle of the town great for shopping eating out or just having a coffee. It was fab I will stay again.

I liked the central location of the hotel for us it was very convenient as we were visiting family in Haslemere and therefore we were able to leave our car at the hotel and walk. The rooms were clean and comfortable. When I asked for an extra pillow it was provided immediately. There was a problem on the M25 and the receptionist went the extra mile in trying to help us, we were very grateful Only critisism was that the bisciuts were not relaced on the drinks tray in the room!

Location, spa facility very good, friendly welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent powerful shower. Nice towels. The room was quite cold at first, heater took a while to warm things up. Heater turns off when master switch turned off, so room gets cold again. Corridor between new wing/spa and main hotel cold and draughty. Carpet in corridor worn.

The entrance to the hotel was lovely and warm on a cold winter's night and the member of staff on reception was friendly. We arrived at night and the car park could have been better lit.

Best shower in the uk. Very friendly staff particularly the bar staff, very quick with services. Bit expensive, that was the only let down for us, but it was ultra convenient for the event we attended.

Reasonably utilitarian Regrettably the hotplate had caused burning of the hot breakfast buffet and the fried eggs had become something else!

The hotel is in a good location, just in the high street, near to restaurants and shops. It is a nice place to stay for a night. I am not sure it is the best location for a quiet break, because being situated in the town centre it does not have that relaxing environment for a spa break.

This hotel was purely booked for location as we were attending Goodwood Revival. Plenty of space in the car park for a classic car so long as you arrive early enough and Goodwood was only about 25 minutes drive. Wetherspoons and Pizza Express within walking distance. The lighting in the restaurant was far too bright so we chose not to eat in there. Not enough hangers in the wardrobe.

Good value for money. Excellent location for my bi-annual visits to the Goodwood Festival of Speed and Revival. I look forward to staying again next year. There is not always room to park if arriving late.

The only downfalls were the cold tap didn't work on the sink. The other was not a hotel problem but a geographical one as we found it impossible to get a taxi to Chiddingfold & back on Bank holiday Sunday.

Very clean & comfortable. Would recommend it. The breakfast was very good especially the sausages. The tea urns for breakfast made the tea taste horrible. Teapots would be much better.
