The staff were unobtrusive and yet available when needed. The spa facilities were clean, well kept, and we really appreciated being able to use them early in the morning as well as late at night. We also liked the fact that the hotel was based on the high street and that alternative eating places were within easy walking distance. It was also good to have access to parking, and it was free.

This was a good Hotel, priced right with a faboulas breakfast. Internet in the lobby was free. It has an indoor pool and spa ! Parking off the street and very attentive employees. All in all, the best choice in the area. I wouldn't consider local B&B's that are overpriced when a good hotel like this is even less expensive and far better.

The cooked breakfast. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and it is the last. Wifi in the rooms is no longer free. It is £5 per hour or £10 for a day. It is free if you walk in off the street into the lounge but not if you pay for a room !! The TV did not work at all on the second night plus there was a function on. The function room is so close to the bedrooms that it is impossible to sleep whilst the function is on so expect not to go to bed before midnight on a Friday & Saturday. I raised the matters of no free wifi, no TV and the disturbance from the function on the night in question and the response from the 'manager' was "well there is nothing we can do about it". For the price I expect more, lesson learned, don't stay at this hotel.

We liked the location of our room as it was at the back of the hotel and very quiet. The breakfast was fabulous and i loved every minute of being the only person in the spa in the morning!

Its location was perfect for us visiting friends and family, and the room size was excellent. We were able to leave our car while we did some local shopping, after checking out. Its location is very convenient for Haslemere's own small shops.

The spa treatments were lovely - special mention to bobbi who made us all feel pampered. On a high street - so we could go out and get the sat papers and browse the book shop etc. easy distance from london - took 1 1/4 hrs to get there from ealing, so very comfortable and no stress for my mum who was leaving my dad in a hospice for respite care.

Room was clean and tidy. Need to make a complaint so will do this to the hotel and your email as I have just read. We did not like the lack of spa in our spa weekend, the booking information was not clear enough and the swimming pool was cold and jacuzee out of action for one whole day of our stay.

All the staff were friendly and helpful and the spa was even kept open for us when it was actually meant to be closed for preparation to clean, nothing was a problem for any of the staff, only 1 word of warning the room walls are a bit thin but other than that fantastic stay and would stay again

Gym and Pool No tea or toast available/offered at breakfast. Though £8.95 is cheaper than most hotel chains charge for breakfast, it seems this comes at the expense of breakfast basics!

Very spacious room with plenty of tea/coffee facilities in the room. Wide choice of digital tv channels. Excellent buffet breakfast, full English + cereals + toast etc. Good wifi reception in the rooms, no problem streaming bbc iplayer. Very little soundproffing in the rooms. Quite easy to hear people coughing in adjacent rooms or simply plugging things into sockets. Someone else in our group had a room next to the gym and could hear the exercise machines. Not a major problem as there were no noisy guests or noise late into the night. Just a shame that the large extension was not soundproofed properly.

Our room was at the front of the building, which with the sash windows meant that we were woken very early by the sound of the traffic.

I liked the central location of the hotel for us it was very convenient as we were visiting family in Haslemere and therefore we were able to leave our car at the hotel and walk. The rooms were clean and comfortable. When I asked for an extra pillow it was provided immediately. There was a problem on the M25 and the receptionist went the extra mile in trying to help us, we were very grateful Only critisism was that the bisciuts were not relaced on the drinks tray in the room!

Best shower in the uk. Very friendly staff particularly the bar staff, very quick with services. Bit expensive, that was the only let down for us, but it was ultra convenient for the event we attended.
