The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and filling. Our triple room was very large and had a separate bathroom. We were on the ground floor so very easy to get in and out. The location was very nice near restaurants, stores and the tube station. We would definitely stay here again. It took a long time to get hot water in the shower and the shower was small. |

The location was good. The outside looks nice, but this is a pretty shabby hotel. The bathroom was located outside the room. Didn't clean room on the first day. For £93 this represented very poor value for money. |

The "own bathroom" was across the landing. The same key opened the bedroom, bathroom, porch door and main door. The latches did not work in bedroom or bathroom. |

It was convenient for Baker Street and within walking distance from Oxford Street. The owner/manager was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was basic. Bedroom and bathroom (across the corridor) was a little tired and was in need of some modernisation. |

Friendly team available, rooms are clean and kept clean everyday. Breakfast are nothing fancy, but allow for a decent start of the day anyway. Heating in the room was proper even with freezing temp outside. Considering the average housing quality in London, this is probably one of the best deals for couples with a bit of money who do not want to spend too much time travelling to save a few €. Beware of the noise: the old windows allow for plenty of road traffic to come in. Even if it not too bad, ear plugs are better for good nights of sleep (specially when fellow guest come back late on Friday night completely pissed !). Plumbing is old - but so what ? |

Cheerful staff Virtually everything! But at that price in London there's not much on offer. The state and price of hotels in London is shocking and embarrassing. I am English and have traveled extensively and have never come across a city with such a poor offer of affordable, modern hotels. There are only decrepit, ancient hotels that are vastly overpriced. When will London wake up or be forced to modernize? |

Breakfast was good. First impression was the non existent welcome we received. Then on entering the lift, one noted the carpet material was actually on the walls of the lift as well- extremely old fashioned. Our room was cramped complete with a filthy duvet and manky carpet. It wasn't even an en -suite room!! The entire hotel was dreary and shabby which for 85 pounds a night is not acceptable at this day and age. |

Central location The hotel was clean and reasonably priced but in need of updating and refurbishment - the bath was in a very poor condition with dripping taps, Our bedroom was on the ground floor alongside the pavemnet with no double glazing, next door to the front door and reception area, bedroom furniture was dull, A dissapopinting room. Similar dinning room. This building must be listed whats going on? |

This partly refurbished Victorian hotel is in central London, 5 minutes’ walk from Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and Bayswater / Queensway London Underground stations. |
Only 2 minutes from Paddington station, Hyde Park and close to Lancaster Road and Bayswater Road, this 4-star hotel has a convenient but quiet location in a private terrace. |
A brand new refurbished property right in the centre of town, a short walk from Baker Street, Oxford Street, Paddington station and, just around the corner, the Heathrow Express. |
This smart city-centre London hotel is located just off Park Lane, in exclusive Mayfair. Hyde Park is within walking distance. |
