The hotel was convenient for shops and access to the underground. Staff were friendly. Although the room was nice and clean, it was right next to the storage room which smelt very strongly of cleaning products. |

Wired internet connection in the room. Everything. Rooms too small. No heating for 2 nights. Staff indifferent. Too expensive. Breakfast poor and starts too late, I missed it twice in one week stay. No lift. Worst of all I was sommoned to move room after 3 nights because they sold my room to a couple. I was obliged to finish my stay in an extremely tiny room 1.80 x 3.00 m including shower/WC. Staff expected me to carry my luggage down 2 floors and up again 3 floors to change room I refused and had to get angry for them to accept to do it for me while I was out working in town. No apology. I am in the travel/hospitality trade and I know what service means. I will never stay here again and I will tell everybody I know about it. |

The staff were charming and helpful, it was easy to get to the Tube and the bedroom window could be opened. Not a question of dislike but the stairs were hard work. However, I do not see how it would be possible to alter that in such an old building without spoiling it. |

The location oh this hotel is excellent. It is near Victoria station and Victoria coach station. It is convenient to stay at this hotel if you have arrived in London for city trip. I woul like to mention that the builting is very old and wooden floor are cracking. But if you choose the upper floor when there is no problems with it. |

I liked the free access to internet. Coffee in breakfast was too weak, as juice too. And had to wait for a toast for too long. Some may find hotel not having a lift an restricting thing. |

The original architecture of the room was wonderful, as was the original fireplace. The bathroom was so small that I had to open the door to turn at the sink! I could not shave my legs in the shower - I had to stand at the sink with the door open. |

I did not stay there myself, but booked in my boss. He said the hotel was fine, good value for money. He said everything was fine, but commented that the staff were all from overseas |

The staffs are very friendly. It is clean. It is within walk distance to Victoria station, which is a big station for underground, bus, train and tour buses. It is kind of small in terms of space. |
