Friendly, easy, cheap. Breakfast was nice too! Bit dusty - 2 out of 4 of us suffered from dust allergies whilst there! |

The parking was easy and very central to the main town just off the main ring road into Bournemouth. The hotel breakfast was lovely and hot. The hotel is large and allows you to come and go as you please without any problems. Good security on the front doors and very nice lounge area. A perfect hotel for those on a budget who just need a bed for the night. The rooms are a little outdated and we were a little worried about the lack of fire safety information or even a fire escape from the third floor..very unclear where it was if there was one. Very dark halls due to lights being turned off all the time. With my father who is visually impared this was not very good at all. Also their steps up to the entrance very cluttered. |

Leaving to go home The hotel was very cold, dark and unwelcoming. Needed total updating and modernising. There was insufficient hot water and other guests were also complaining. |

Great breakfast staff, smooth check in process. Incredibly close to Bournemouth Landsdowne Campus and the Beach, great for Overseas Nurse Programme students. Price is perfect at 35 quid a night. Hot water pressure in shower left a little to be desired. |
