The helpfulness of the reception staff regarding contacting other people staying at the hotel and dealing with requests quickly. Room was too warm and could not open window because of traffic noise. |

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good range of facilities eg restaurant, bar, coffee bar. It is likely I shall use the coffee bar when I am next in the area |

Cheerful and helpful staff - especially reception and breakfast. Incredible value for money - a large room with a great view aross the valley. Would have felt good about it at a higher price. Limited parking but not a problem on the night we stayed. |

cheap and cheerful, ideal if you just want a base for visiting Newcastle. Right near the bus stop so easy to get into town without the need for a taxi. |

The hotel room window was very drafty. My bill was not not finalized on the day of my departure and I've now noticed a payment from my card of £84 for which i have received no invoice for information or in order to recalim from my company!!!! |

They gave us garage parking at no additional cost. They welcomed our Labrador - he was impeccably behaved! Pleasant reception staff They need extract in the en suite and the bathroom generally was a bit shabby. Main dining room shut Sunday evening. |

Handy for local shops and buses Would be better if the price included breakfast instead of paying extra for it |
