We had a great stay at Gilberts End Farm. Chrissie was a great host, very accommodating and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional quality, very generous and sets you up for the day. We enjoyed our surprise visit from Buddy the spaniel too!
The wifi access is patchy, but not really an issue when you're out in the beautiful countryside.
Friendly , roomy. The owner seems to do all the work as well so had to wait for breakfast.
Difficult to arrange arrival time but owner friendly
Everything about this place is great , breakfast , location and host .. Great place to unwind ..
We booked on line very late (22:00) and arrived 30 min later. Surprising the owner who had just received our mail but nevertheless was very nice, helpful and made us feel wanted and welcome. The building is 14th century and beautiful and the rooms big yet cozy. Breakfast was excellent. We recommend!
The Welcome and service The location Amount of local knowledge provided/shared Surroundings Flexibility with parking of a trailer Breakfast Wi-Fi
Due to a "double booking" we stayed in an unfinished room. Lack of discount offered for stopping in an inferior room.
Informal and delightfully quirky. Very pleasant owner and good breakfast
It was all lovely, we managed to visit Upton, Tewkesbury, the Malverns and 3 national trusts all in 2 days
that we didn't have longer there
Quiet location yet close to Malvern and Upton and also to Motorway. Very helpful host who made a great breakfast. Lovely old farmhouse with plenty of character.
Nothing to not like about it
Lovely location in a great part of the world. We were made to feel very welcome.
Chrissy the owner; she works so hard. The place is spotless, Chrissy is a fantastic host and the breakfasts were great.

Great owner, lovely breakfast and very peaceful.
Not sure about the food in town in the recommended inn.
Friendly, helpful owner. Excellent breakfast. Lovely, spacious room.
Wifi was poor.
The beautiful building and delightful grounds the warm, professional welcome and service from Chrissy the proprietor. She also cooks a mean Full English with local produce.
Metal frame bed, I prefer a divan so my feet don't get entangled in the footstead. A very minor niggle
Couldn't supply a receipt at the time and I am still waiting for the promised email of it!...but this is a very small detail.
helpful host. peaceful location lovely old farmhouse
Away from it all feeling, but within easy reach of Upton on Severn, Malvern, Worcester and Tewksbury Lovely setting, tranquil and calm Fabulous breakfasts Superb suroundings Lovely proprietor
Location + 'Quaint' rooms. Excellent breakfast + tea-making facility.
TV that 'died' on World Cup day . . . but replaced next day . . However Tv reception still poor on ITV programmes. Also poor phone reception. Dogs ! kept under control, but not nice when they escaped !
All of it super location very good food and very friendly host and staff
Lovely location and very good facilities. Owner very pleasant and helpful and gave a superb breakfast with all the nice touches of proper table cloth and napkins, as well as plenty of help yourself cereal etc. Bedroom very comfortable with fresh milk to go with the tea/coffee and fruit and cake available. Would certainly stay again.
The extra little touches that made our stay so lovely. Very friendly, cheerful and helpful, couldn't have wished for a nicer stay.
Chrissy was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was almost like a little apartment, which was a lovely surprise. Quiet, rural surroundings. Would come again.
The location was beautiful!. Just what we needed after a hectic few weeks - peace and quiet with pretty villages and great walks. Lots of info about surrounding area where to eat and maps in room, along with cake and fruit! Food good and staff very friendly.
Very scenic and quiet location, friendly and welcoming staff. Good breakfast, and comfortable spacious room. Close to Upton on Severn and the 'Three Kings' village pub, which is well worth a visit.
Quiet location, easy access to nearby villages and M5; spacious room; comfortable bed; good breakfast (full Engish); tea coffee and fresh milk provided in room; very friendly and helpful lady.
Needed a good clean through - a bit dusty !
