Comfy large bedroom and bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Lovely reception on arrival. Good value for money

Couldn't get the shower to work! But the bath was nice.

Proprietors very helpful and friendly. Service was excellent and the food very good.

Parking could be inadeqate if there were more than 4 people with cars.

My friend and I loved Ginnie's Guesthouse, the owners and their daugher were extremely friendly and welcoming the B & B was spotlessly clean and very very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding.

This was booked for a family member of mine.They were very pleased with thr large spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and would stay there again.

Exceptionally clean & welcoming. Lovely friendly hosts, superb breakfast, ideal location, would highly recommend, in fact weve booked to go back for new years eve we enjoyed our stay so much.

Kim couldn't have been more helpful, and out room was just pefect. We would definitely recommend it to others, and will definitely return.

The staff are evry good. My wife asked the bottle of waeter be heated and they kindly put it in a hot water jar.

The window facing the street can not be closed. Hence the noise caming form the outside made the sleep not comfortable.

Accommodation is as good as any hotel. Large bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Excellent breakfast - freshly cooked. Cases carried to bedroom.

Perhaps the breakfast room is a little small. We were glad that we did not have to share a table.

very efficient friendly staff, food good catered for vegetarian, everything provided for a short but pleasant stay.Much better than many of the hotels we have stayed in.

unfortunately the shower was not working and there was an unpleasant smell from the shower drain, probably from not being used.

Friendliness of the owners

Kim made us feel very welcomed and also she and her husband were going to the Blues Festival which made it even more welcoming. The room was clean, tidy, well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and very substantial. For £30 each/£60 for the room it was extremely good value for money. I would recommend it for an overnight for anyone.

The hosts were friendly & approachable & willing to share their knowledge of the area. The guesthouse is located in a quiet central area near to the seafront.It is a reasonable priced guesthouse & great value. We would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Hotellet var utmärkt! Stort rum, med en extra säng, ännu större badrum med både badkar och dusch! Ordentlig frukost serverad av en trevlig värdinna. Allt rent och fräscht. Mycket värde för pengarna.

very considerate and thoughtful as well as friendly hosts, very pretty place - very well looked after. A highlight for a stay!
