The staff was great, the breakfast was very nice, the self checkin was easy and convenient. The taps in the bathroom were hard to operate with wet hands.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the staff, plus the breakfast facilities. The breakfast table was too close to the wall to get into and out of my seat easily.

We thought the entire part of the guest house that we saw was immaculate. We also really enjoyed our breakfast and appreciate your being there for us early in the AM. It would have been difficult for my husband and myself to have to have stayed in an upstairs rooms as we are in our 80s. However, our 50 plus year old children made it upstairs fine. We liked the location and walked up town for dinner and back. We would definitely stay there again if we can get back to Marlow. We had been there before-but, only for a short visit twice before. It would be nice to stay awhile. Thanks, Nancy Marlowe

Warm, friendly, beautifully designed and furnished home from home. The walk across the road for breakfast could be awkward if it were raining.

staff very friendly .. Clean, suitable location with some parking i did find the room a little cold as they only had the heating on for a short period of time. We were on the ground floor which made it noisy when people were coming and going. A bit expensive for what you were getting especially for the time of year

The quality of our room was first class. The bed and linen were luxurious - very comfortable indeed. Breakfast was cooked freshly for you - it was scrumptious. Well done Glade End Guest House! Just one small thing - could have done with an iron.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. The weather was very cold and the room heating went off automatically late afternoon/early evening which wasn't great.

I have stayed in Glade End Guest house for three days during a business trip. At first I was a bit surprised with the initial mail I received close to the time of my accommodation. There is no reception in the hotel. Instead you receive quite detailed instructions on what to do. The instructions were quite detailed and I was able to find my way quite easily even though I came around 10 in the night. An important tip for travelers from Heathrow airport. Contact the hotel if you will take a cab from the airport. They might get you a quite a good deal with the car company that they are in contact. Apart from these details, the hotel was extremely clean and was quite nice. The staff can be the politest stuff that I have ever seen. It was a rather pleasant stay. try not to stay in the ground floor. If there is someone staying upstairs their footsteps can be quite disturbing.

I felt at home. Very serious managers and staff. Highly recommendable. My room was very small, but OK. The fact that the toilet and the shower are in 2 different places outside the room although that was always clear from the beginning.

It was in a good position in the town. The girls were friendly and helpful at breakfast. In a separate house with no private parking. I knew it was not en suite but the bathroom was along the corridor. There was no washbowl in the toilet. There was an access code for the house but it was sent me by email after I had left home and there was no one at the guest house when I arrived and I had to leave an answer phone message.

The attention to detail at every level - staff, cleaniness, breakfast, carparking facility, Service at its very best! Nothing but if I had to 'nit pick' a small table in the room would have been helpful rather than a large chest of drawers which isn't for a couple of nights stay.
