One tiny thing that could be improved: the separate taps over the sink could be mixed, but we respect that it's a British tradition to leave the taps separate, and it wasn't too much of an inconvenience.
The owners were lovely and went out of their way to make our stay special and unforgettable: a lift from the station, delicious cream tea on arrival, plentiful "full English" breakfast by the fireplace with beautiful music, freshly squeezed juice, amazing fruit salad (amongst other treats, like sherry before bed-time!).
The whole place was sparkly-clean throughout, with its own heart, soul and a very unique character. Its interior design was stunning with every detail intentionally thought-out and every little thing carefully placed with loving care just where it belongs: sophisticated glassware and tableware, gorgeous china figurines, beautiful antiques and paintings, and much more.
The DVD collection in the living room was impressive, and it was great to watch a couple of DVDs after a whole day of hiking.
For those people who, like us, do not have a car, there is a bus stop right next to Glanarvon House with regular buses to Bangor, Llandudno and Conwy - very convenient. The train station is about 15 minute walk.
We felt very welcome and well looked-after from the minute we made our booking to the minute we said good-bye. Glanarvon House a real gem and is highly recommended!
