Good furnishings, good size rooms and good kitchen facilities. Entrance was secure as was the underground parking.

Could have misted glass on the lower window panes on the ground floor apartments which would prevent pedestrians and bus passengers having a clear view in. A coffee filter machine would be useful!

Very clean and well presented with affordable secure off road parking in a city centre. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent!

A clean comfortable apartment which was great value. A perfect location either for business or a shopping trip. Highly recommended

Great location in the heart of the city centre

The location was great as it's a 1 minute walk from Central Station. Kitchen was well equiped and a spacious lounge area.

The single beds were very small and not comfotable to sleep in.

The rooms were clean and spacious and the flat was well equipped and comfortable. The heating worked well when on and the room was not too noisy considering the location.

The decor was bland and there was a strage two level shelf that took up a lot of floor space in the bedroom. The heating went off at 10:30 pm and the duvet was thin with no spare blankets

Facilities and staff were very good. Good location.

Apartments too hot. Was not clear from booking online through bookong.com that we could have had only one apartment and used the sofa bed ratger than hve to book two. This made it a bit expensive.

The hotel was perfect..we stay 1 night but it was rly good for 60£ it was near of central rail station and near from all shoping centers...

Much better than staying in a hotel, and around the same sort of price. Really helpful staff.

The security and location is great. Next to the train station and lots of shops nearby.

Once checked in - all okay

Process for checkin, no appreciation of where to park car (parked illegally in Oswald Rd) until checked in. You need to advise prior to checkin this issue or amend your process - like if a preordered carpark, allow entry via voice coms to reception prior to checkin.

Really convenient location in heart of glasgow.

Never stayed anywhere so hot! Turned all the heating off and apartment still felt like it was in middle of the sahara!

When we booked in, the person on reception (I think it was Michael), was excellent. He was so friendly and made us feel really welcome.

It was central for shopping.

We were put on the 6th floor and there was no lift, the tv was really old and had no modern connection points. The double bed was 2 singles pushed together and kept separating.

The lifts were broken and we were allocated the 6th floor. The cleaners left the rubbish outside our room and our room was stinking of curry.
