Hot-el-apartments Glasgow Central  

The hotel was very expensive for the services it offered. The room was dark and miserable overlooking a car park. The room was noisy from the traffic outside a from a mysterious loud bang that sounded throughout the night. The night porter was uninterested in this when the matter was raised with him,

I would indeed stay here again, and will, the apartment I had was lovely and ideal for our stay in glasgow it was a two bedroom apartment 2 bathroom one en suite, wee bit of freshening up on the paintwork,at places where furniture has left marks, if u are really picky, My girliez and I had a lovely time, only disappointment is the time required to leave 10am, after a sat night out,,however for a fee of £10.00 an hour this can be extended!! It would be great if that could change especially for Sunday mornings, most other establishments are up there on this consideration, check in could always be delayed to accommodate, apart from that perfect., Cannot understand previous remarks made..some folks u just cant please them!!!! Next time we stay in glasgow we will stay here! X

The location was good and it was reasonably priced!

The apartments were quite cold, noisy and also smelly!

Spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen and living area, within walking distance to city centre, underground parking available.

Noisy area, not particular nice.

Good location. Reasonable size rooms.

Lists of rules plastered all over the walls. Including threats of eviction for more than 2 guests at a time. Staff were robots, unfriendly and cold. Linen on the bed was tatty and damaged.

I have stayed 4 times previously and find the accommodation to be perfect for our needs. Staff are as always excellent, if any problem ever arose.

Only a small point, but this time, one of the twin rooms had no wardrobe or place to hang clothes. Had to live directly out of the cases. Our tv did not work on this occasion. We had however no need to use the tv so we just left it off and did not even bother the staff to ask for it to be repaired.

The freedom of being able to eat etc as and when you please a very comfortabe living area.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was also very noisey with doors banging most of the night.

We have stayed at these apartments several times over the years. The reception staff are lovely and very helpful. The apartments are clean and well situated.

Very clean tidy faclities within a prime location of all attractions in Glasgow. Good security on premises.

Although car park facilites were available within the building, the cost of parking was additional to the appartment price and this fact was not clearly stated on the web site. It would have been nice to have a complete cost in advance to allow decisions to be made.

Height of shower in bathroom was far too low even at only 5ft 3inches. Needs raised. Was in Room 1.5. Also , advertised as having dishwasher but there wasn't one. Not a problem as only there for a few days but if advertised then should be accurrate.

Apartment was clean. Centrally located.

Very noisy location, right next to train station and Arches nightclub. Music could be heard until 04:00 every morning.

Very convenient to all facilities in Glasgow and handy for a company Xmas function I had to attend. Veryspacious appartment with excellent facilities.

Bed was not very comfortable ie. The mattress in particular. If I stay again I would prefer aroom at the back of the hotel as it would be quieter.
