Rooms are of a good size, furniture nice and bed very comfortable. Location excellent near many restaurants and pubs, both train stations are also located near, great shopping close The apartment that we stayed in needs some refurbishing. Wood floors in very bad shape, carpet in bedrooms badly stained, bathrooms clean but grout around tiles largely missing. The promised complementary continental breakfast did not exist |

The location for the city centre was excellent. The facilities in the kitchen were very good. The living room was comfortable, and the bedroom and bathrooms were adequate. We appreciated being able to take our dog. The limited parking was a disadvantage for us but I appreciate this wouldn't be a problem for anyone who arrived in Glasgow by train or plane. Also the carpets and wooden flooring in Flat 2/2 need improving. Lighting in the bathrooms was inadequate for putting make-up on. |

There was plenty of room for 3-4 persons and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The wifi connection was extremely useful for keeping in touch with folks back home. Although the apartment wasn't staffed, we always connected with someone when we dialed 0. The location was central and close to the train station and a few blocks away from the bus to the airport. It was also close to grocery stores. It was probably the best apartment hotel we've stayed in. It would have been nice if the apartment had someone at the front desk that tourists like us could ask for suggestions. That is the advantage of a Bed and Breakfast, which also provides more camaraderie with other occupants. We never saw the other people in the apartments so that it was rather an impersonal experience in that respect. |

Convenient to Glasgow shopping and business districts and accesses to and from the main highway No Washing machine instructions and the lack of a can opener in the kitchen |

Loved the area, close to everywhere we wanted to be. Unusually hot weather when we were staying so would have liked an air con unit. However, as we were on the 5th floor, safe to leave the windows open. |

It was clean, comfortable and good value for money We wanted to check in early, which wouldn't have been a problem if not for the fact that the only staff member was brand new and the manager was AWOL. It worked out eventually, but it could have gone smoother. |

location was excellent, very clean and well laid out apartments. we only stayed for a weekend, but this had everything you would need for a longer stay. windows were single glazing so it was a little noisy at times. a room above ground floor would probably be fine tho |

The hotel was exactly what was shown on the Web site. We feel it was good value for the money. No instructions as to how to operate the washer/dryer. The external noise and the car racing. |

In an ideal location for business trip. From the window I could see the office. Good location for walking into the city centre. These are observations not complaints. State of repair wasn't great. Tap in kitchen was broken, wooden floors were very noisy due to wear, and the carpets were in need of really good vacuum and/or wash. Not for light sleepers as the sash windows do not defend well against the traffic. |

This was apartment accomodation - not a hotel. Accomodation very comfortable and very spacious - large lounge. Kitchen and lounge very well equipped. Wireless enabled. Would happily stay there again Not a dislike but suprised there were no shaver points. Bring an adapter! |
