Spacious accomodation with well-designed interior, central location

Accomodation locations was changed without notification. Lack of reception staff or service. Promised parking vouchers (for Qpark) never materialised causing delays in departure (Qpark staff agressive and rude) and missing important conference keynote.

A nice, handy, well located and self-contained place to stay - at a reasonable price.

I thought the design of the apartment was great.

Cleanliness was disgraceful, when i checked in i had to look for housekeeping and ask to borrow a hoover as the mess on the floor was unbelieveable! I moved the sofa and underneath were crisp packets and crisps, chocolate and dirty cotton buds. Behind the cabinets in the bedroom were the same. The heating didnt work properly, the shower door was broken and i sat down with my partner ready to watch a dvd and the dvd player did not even work!! The lamps in the bedroom didnt work either! I was absolutely appalled with the apartment! Will not be staying again.

Very clean apartments. I have stayed in various apartments in glasgow and i must say centrale apartments is up there with the best will defo be goin back very soon.

Would stay again

Excellent position. Facilities good, we had a two bedroom facility with en-suite and bathroom. Kitchen good but could have done with a teapot!!! A super place to stay - we shall be back.

Pretty central. Not far from main shopping area.

Not good value for money. Poor amenities compared with the amenities available in a hotel of same price.

The apartment was huge, 2 bedrooms and seperate bathrooms - incredible value for money. And so close to the city centre..

Excellent location, booked a two bedroom aprt & we ended up in a three bedroom apartment. Good shower (power). Clean Comfy bed & very clean Coffee / tea were available

Tv wasn't great . Freeview box which didn't work too well. Loo brush in en-suite and that's all to say!!!!

Fabulous location in the city centre. Rooms had all the basics you could need & the big living area made this a much better option than staying in a hotel. Apartment was clean and smart and we had a great stay :)

I stayed in a different apartment here 4 years ago. This time I was in the basement and altough the place was huge, it was not as well finished and it had a smell of damp in the morinings...I Will book again but not 221.

L'appartamento (di Bath street) è arredato bene e comunque vicino al Centro.

Una volta arrivati all'indirizzo, abbiamo telefonato e ci hanno detto che dovevamo andare in un altro appartamento in un'altra via. Ci hanno fatto arrivare il taxi ma abbiamo dovuto pagarlo. Non avevamo ricevuto nessuna email che ci informava del cambiamento. Il wifi non funzionava.

Relacion calidad.precio bien. Bien ubicado pese a lo poco que gay que ver en Glasgow. Un poco abandonado en cuanro a cosas rotas no reparadas...armarios que no cierra...cuadroa que faltan y qieda la alcayata colgando pero en general bastante bien

De locatie was uitstekend en na het inchecken kreeg je een code van de deur waarop je het gebouw kon betreden, op elke gewenste tijd. Dit als zeer prettig ervaren. Ook konden de koffers achtergelaten worden op de dag van vertrek.

De man achter de balie was niet heel vriendelijk en erg gemakkelijk, hij legde niet veel uit en het boeide hem niet veel dat we er waren. Die indruk kreeg ik.

ان الفندق لايوجد فيه اداره جيده ولامعامله جيده وقد اخذ منا 90 باوند للتنظيف والسكن ليس بالمستوى المطلوب حيث شفاط ا لمطبخ لايعمل ومجاري المطبخ غير جيده والباب الريسى للمبنى غير امن ومتهالك وهناك ازعاج من الشارع وعدم وجود وكذلك خزائن الغرف سئه جداحمايه للشبابيك على الشارع ....

موقعها المميز في وسط المدينه

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter Glasgow

Heure restreinte pour contacter l'hôtel du lundi au vendredi de 10h à 16h. Ressemble à un hôtel pour jeune, nous avons eu droit à un party jusqu'à 9h le matin donc très bruyant. La propreté laisse à désirée l'appartement sentait la cigarette. Rapport qualité prix médiocre, ne mérite pas son 4*

Posizione ottima, vicino al centro di Glasgow, alla stazione ferroviaria e su via nella quale si ferma il bus da e per l'aeroporto

Great location, spacious, comfortable beds.

More 'shabby' than in photos. No welcome pack (i.e. no tea or coffee, only 1 dishwasher tablet and no facilities for hand washing dishes. Main complaint is with staff on site. Money was not taken from my account when i was told it would be, then i was overcharged. When I phoned was not given apology, just told it would go back in that day. Money still not returned 4 days later. Phoned again and was told 'oh yea it's on my desk I'll do it today', no apology or reasonable explanation of delay. Had made a booking for larger group later in year but after this experience will cancel and not be staying again, which is a shame as it's a great location and flat. Very let down by bad customer service/staff attitude.

Location.

I wish we never booked our reservation with Glasgow Centrale. We recieved an email the morning we were to check in stating that the hotel was overbooked and our reservation was no longer. The other location that we were asked to stay at was over a 20 minute drive away from the convention center. This was not acceptable. Then when we were finally able to call booking.com (using roaming minutes on our cellphones from the US), we were told our reservation was canceled due to water damage. Finally, we were able to get a reservation again at Glasgow Centrale. However, we never recieved an email with the check in information after 3 requests for it. The manage wanted us to call which was not an option. When we checked in, some of the small items promise were not included- milk, coffee and tea. Also, friends booked an apartment at a different location that was managed by the same management company. They never recieved their email information on how to check in after 5 and then the day of, they also were moved to a different building. Their wifi passwords never worked. I would never, ever book at any location that uses that management company. Just awful and almost completely ruined our trip.

Super beliggenhed. Lejligheden god. Men ingen mulighed for hjælp fra receptionen - som det meste af tiden var tom. Lejligheden kan absolut anbefales hvis du ikke skal bruge WI-FI.

WI-FI internet virkede ikke i de 4 dage vi var der. Trods flere henvendelser til receptionen skete der intet. Receptionen var kun åben kort tid om morgenen - muligvis på grund af det manglende internet. Jeg havde inden opholdet erfaret at andre var utilfredse med manglende internet-forbindelse i disse lejligheder. Derfor sendte jeg mail, og bad om bekræftelse på at der var WI-FI. Dette blev bekræftet på mailen, men alligevel manglede det alle 4 dage. Jeg håber de har en fornuftig forklaring - og får lavet WI-FI, eller stopper med at love det.
