One or two small things required repairing towel rail in bathroom falls of wall blind in bedroom held up with one screw no grill pan carpet in lounge curling up causing a tripping hazard clock did not work in lounge even after we put a new battery in, freezer requires defrosting. This is a very good apartment that just needs some minor repairs to make it perfect
Close to centre clean and comfortable with all you require for a short break
Robert. Location. Cleeanliness
i would have liked a higher bed - it was very low down to the ground but it's inly be issue I am pregnant and struggling to move that I say this. If I wasn't pregnant I would be bothered! I really enjoyed my stay here.
i liked the fact that we weren't cooped up in a hotel - we had our own privacy and it felt like being at home! The apartment had everything we needed - even tinfoil! Plus the usuals, tea, sugar etc! Very comfortable!
Very nice comfortable and modern apartment which had everything and would definitely stay again. Owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with.
No toilet roll in en-suite and can't use more than one plumbed feature at a time.
Easy to find, Central location (though a bit rough), enough space for four. Floorboards are squeaky though. Staff were lovely.
The toilet seat was broken.
The apartment was in a lovely quiet area. Spacious, cool and clean. As there was no one checking in the next day we were allowed stay on beyond our check-out time.
The apartment was lovely and spacious, very close to the venue for the concert we went to. A nice touch was that they stocked the basics for us: milk, butter, loaf of bread, tea/coffee etc we arrived late and it meant we didn't have to rush out and find a shop. The Manager who met us on our arrival was really polite and helpful. An excellent service all round.
Staff very pleasant. Very clean and good value for money.
Felt that the appt that we stayed on bell street appt 3/2 when first used would of been brilliant. However, it has not been maintained, freezer door falling off, table with a big dent in it,walls with alot of marks on them and sink with mould on it. Also sheet very thin and uncomfortable, could see mattress underneath it was that thin. Also no toiletries provided with appt
appt was clean and living area big enough for 8 guest which was perfect for us. Kitchen has everything that u needed for a few days
Very Central and secure, nice apartment would recommend highly
There was no lift and the apartment was top floor. There was only 1 waste bin in the whole apartment and a colander/sieve would be a good addition to the kitchen.
The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean and well stocked. The manager was extremely friendly & helpful and the location was very central for all the city centre attractions.
Flat was was in a great location
That we did not have the time to stay longer.
From the time of booking to the time of departure it was easy & surprisingly better than expected. What a great place to stay, will defiantly stay again if back in Scotland.
In the small print there was a £200 deposit which wasn't obvious when I booked, and a few days later had various emails and phone calls demanding payment, for which there was a £5 non-refundable charge. I also noticed the location was different to what was shown on booking.com (an extra 10 minute walk from Glasgow centre), so be very wary and check!!
Once all the other problems were sorted, the accommodation was fine. Nice flat, everything great apart from the odd blown light bulb.
Definitely hadn't been cleaned, hairballs everywhere. Apartment in a state of disrepair. Cupboard doors hanging off, blinds broke, toilet in one bathroom wouldn't flush. Skirting coming off in one bathroom. TV broken. List goes on and on. How this can be advertised is beyond me.
Location Size Cleanliness and mostly the service
Flat could have been cleaner
Location, size of flat , comfy beds, great views
Was central, clean, and good place to stay
Outlook from the front window is over an undeveloped site which initially gives the impression that you're in the middle of nowhere, despite being just a few minutes' walk for the centre! Only an initial impression though which soon disappeared once we'd explored a bit more. One other niggle is the additional credit card charge on the balance and damage deposit payments, although the charge on the balance payment was refunded after some correspondence.
Nice, modern, well-furnished apartment with very comfortable beds and good wifi. Friendly and welcoming agents who'd taken the trouble to provide tea, coffee and milk ready for our arrival. Only 100 metres or so from a buzzing high street, local market and a large Morrissons superstore.
Everything, could not fault it and Robert was extremely friendly and helpful
No toaster and no lights by lift when coming home after dark.
Location to attractions and near to a great choice of bars and restaurants. Comfortable and cosy to come back to after days site seeing. Very helpful and informative owner.
Some initial confusion because booking.com involved, and we did not stay in advertised apartment, i.e. different apt. to photos advertised. the heat was extreme (not complaining), and no doubt unusual for Glasgow at that special time
check in lady was extremely helpful, location was fantastic and the owner was more than helpful. We didn't meet him, however, he couldn't have done more for us, he left me info re the history of Glasgow, and the city was abuzz with excitement of the Commonwealth Games, some great restaurants nearby, the helpfulness of lady at Reserve re our damages refund
The door is slamming loudly Noise from people talking loudly outside the building from early morning.
Spacious Internet Bright Central Very helpful staff Having two keys Nice showers Two bathrooms Big kitchen Sofas
Free wifi All the mod cons Really comfortable flat Our own balcony Great views Hazel, the Glasgow rep, was so friendly and welcoming.
