Bad smell in hall outside our room 327 Smell comming from carpet and room on other side of hall
Staff were very helpful, great in fact Location
No free WiFi
Location and cleanliness of hotel ,friendly staff.
Coldness of room and outside noise could do with triple glazing to keep heat in and noise out .
Helpful staff. Location and decent size room.
Central heating did not work.
twice I returned my steak which was not cooked to my request. too rare. returning something once happens but twice!!!!
Good location and staff were helpful
The first room smelled like a bus shelter. When we were moved rooms this one was only slightly better smelling.
Cold Bath Room Carpet on the flor.
All bar the bacon on Saturday and Sunday
The bacon on Saturday and Sunday appeared to have been boiled not grilled or fried. Mondays was fine.
The hotel staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean. Food was good
My friend and I booked a family room 2 adults and 2 children. Unfortunately my feet hung over the edge of the camp bed which were placed either side of the double bed in the room. The springs dug into my back and sides. This was obviously a double room with 2 camp beds squashed into the room. I did not get much sleep on the first night. Prior to breakfast the next day the staff kindly swapped rooms for us into an actual family room.
Had a great stay here. Everything was great for a weekend away.
Loved the location , the hotel was very clean
The heating didn't go above 23 degrees, so was a bit chilly through the night but this didn't spoil our weekend
The location was perfect, we were just a couple of hundred yards from George Square. Your staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The food was good, the hotel was clean, and the three rooms that we were in, were immaculate and well maintained. We had an excellent break and the hotel was a great place to seek refuge after a day out in the Glasgow weather ;-)
There was nothing not to like!
It was lovely to be able to open the window in the room to let in fresh air as so often the windows in some hotels these days do not open. The Bedroom was comfortable. The Staff in the Restaurant and on reception were extremely helpful which made our stay very relaxed & enjoyable.
Had to buy a hairdryer as there was not a hairdryer in the room. The shower was not easy to use as it was fixed in the bath, which made it very difficult to get the temperature right without being scalded by the extremely hot water coming through & also difficult for me at least climbing out of the bath.
Lovely stay here, quiet nights and friendly people . We will be back next year Thank you.
The new Glasgow and the Premier inns deserve each other! The quality of service provided by several well placed Premier inns through out the city is exactly what the new vibrant Glasgow need to satisfy the high demands of today's traveling public at a value for money price!
Quality, good service, price, location! !!!
All the staff were excellent
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots of variety, all except for the tasteless scrambled eggs
Staff were all very helpful. Great location. Comfortable room. Overall an enjoyable stay.
The breakfast staff were especially great
No black pudding
this hotel was clean, friendly, comfortable and close to the centre of town. everything was walking distance.
the toilets for the bar/lounge were down two flights of stairs and the bath stopper was the only dirthy thing we had a complaint about.
Breakfast was really good - choices and quality. Bar staff and restaurant staff more than helpful and very pleasant. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.
Reception staff attitude. They had a problem which they passed on to us at the time we arrived and tried to charge us an extra £100! The problem was with Booking.com not us. They found it difficult to listen to what I was saying and had to keep repeating. It was solved amicably in the end but it just tarnished what could have been a really good experience as it was totally unnecessary.
Staff even managed to supply a hairdryer on request! Excellent! Breakfast very good.
Evening meal menu a bit limited.
Excellent stay courtesy all the way ..... I will rerun here again and happy to recommend to family and friends
The cleanliness and the friendly staff. The breakfast was wonderfull with a great selection. The hotel was 5 minutes from George square.
There was a strong smell of urine from the room which was there even when we returned in the evening and had left the window orn all day. However this smell seemed to diminish once the window was closed and we had been in the room for a short time.
Great central location. Friendly, helpful staff. Modern, fresh, clean hotel. We'll definitely stay again.
Our only criticism was the efficiency of the wi-fi connection - this is an added extra we were happy to pay for but disappointed to have real difficulty connecting successfully.
Had to share a bed with my brother .Thought room would have 2 beds
