Staff at check in/out not so friendly. Freezing showers!!!!
Security of keycard access 12 noon checkout Pleasant staff
No hash browns either day for breakfast, and no substitute item to make up for disappointment !
Friendly Staff, reasonable price, central
2 plug sockets in the whole room, 1 for the tv, 1 for the hairdryer, so basically having to unplug 1 or both to charge phones. Wifi not free.
comfort and cleanliness, breakfast worth every penny! Staff very friendly and efficient, great size room.
the bath was quite high to step into, and there was no handle,so hubby had to help me in and out and vice versa.
Friendly staff, comfortable beds, Good food, perfect location.
the hotel is in an excellent location the rooms are clean and tidy The bar and dining facilities are very good with a well needed fry up buffet
a family quad was way too small a double room with with two very small camp beds squashed in at each side made for a very long uncomfortable night
Its what I would expect of the premier inn. Good location, make sure you ask for a room which backs onto the graveyard (no traffic)
Not happy that they automatically included breakfast even though I excluded if from my original booking, wasted time when I auto checked in.
Nice spacious room. They even allowed me a very early check-in
staff very helpful and friendly what you would expect from Glasgow people
The standard of the bar and restaurant were better than usual.
Reception is a bit chaotic but very helpful. Could do with 3 people at busy checking times.
Hello, I'll keep it short and sweet. Very happy with my stay, excellent hotel, staff and location. Quality of nights sleep was fab as was the bed itself. Breakfast was well worth the extra too. Make sure you give their restaurant and its burgers a go. Stunning. Will use hotel again.
the fact myself and my daughter were given a disabled room for a double room. the bed was half the size of bed you would normally get in the premier inn. it was near ground level and there were pull cord buzzers. the mattress was extremely uncomfortable well past its comfort date and "pinged" every time you moved if that was possible . I asked why we were given a disabled room and was told by the staff if it was booking.com room was booked through then that was probably the last room in their quota!!! at £81 for the night was no way worth the money. did not sleep a wink. it was my daughters graduation and it was meant to be a special time celebrating and it was not.
The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Gr8 size room and facilities. Definately will book again as its so central for the train statio and gr8 price...x
My youngest daughter had a heart op at yorkhill and all the staff were excellent and went over and above what they needed to do. My hats off to all and thank you all so much. They even put a get well card through the door
Could not book in computer system issue. Asked to wait in bar and would be informed once working waited about 25 mins not approached did ask after about 15 mins then noticed other people booking in. Never approached even though we were sitting in direct line of site. Two staff just talking to each other.
Location was good not far from central station.breafasts were good, plenty of choice.food in hotel restuarant was good and reasonable.
Didn't like the self check in never done it before.i was guided thro it by one of the staff but it was too quick for me.i paid for three days wi fi but I never received it.given a code but it never worked.
Great location in the centre of the city Clean. comfortable room Friendly, helpful staff Fantastic breakfast! Quiet at night Good bar, open late
No parking (although reduced rates are available for the NCP opposite Charging for wifi - practically every hotel I stay at offers free wifi Very limited tea and coffee in the room
Location was great. Staff extremely helpful, close to Queen St Railway Station- easy walk even with big luggage. There is a external lift down the front stairs for disability or luggage.....fantastic
I would love to have facial tissues in the rooms and small individual soaps.
Great sleep in a comfortable bed. Friendly, efficient restaurant staff. Superb, well cooked quality breakfast. Central location near George Square.
No free wi-fi, hence facilities rating dropped to 'good'.
The price was very good for what we got.(around £60) Excellent central location. Quiet room. Clean and fresh. Staff extremely helpful. Comfy bed with good pillows.
Nothing not to like. However, we tried to book another night end on to the one we had previously booked and they were quoting prices approaching £190 for the night! Ouch.
