the staff and the hotel were great
the bed was very uncomfortable that was the only issue
Friendly staff, nothing felt like it would be a problem if I needed help.
Room a bit tired and smelt a little stale. I needed an accessible room, which I did book. The shower however is the narrowest I have ever been in! Some long dark hairs too which definitely dud not belong to me.
Bed was described as being luxury. It was as stiff as a board
The location and comfort
Location was fairly central
The room and general condition of the hotel needs an upgrade. Chipped paint, chipped bath enamel. Stained grouting, Plastic curtains on the room. Generally a very cheap feel to everything
Staff helpful and room clean and tidy
All staff where very helpful and good clean room
There was nothing bad that I experienced
Overcharged for breakfast, WiFi signal so poor we could not connect, Hotel Manager and staff not interested in fixing problem
The area was close to restaurants, train station and shops. The staff were extremely friendly. Great value for money when travelling with kids as they eat their breakfast for free with a paying adult.
Toilet paper!. Why can't a roll of toilet paper be used as opposed to sheet paper?. Sheet paper reminds me of school in the 60s.
location, price, bed
dirty bathroom smell
The hotel is near everything. There are 2 supermarkets 2 minutes walk. I had booked a room for me and my son and it was a double bed. I asked if there was a twin and was given a room with a king & a single at no extra cost. Friendly staff and lovely comfy beds. Didn't have time to eat at the hotel but will definitely be staying there next time I visit my daughter in Glasgow.
Location of hotel was good, good sized room and facilities. Breakfast was enjoyable
Only downside was the busy road so lots of noise from traffic
Helpfulness of staffs and large breakfast that was free for my 13 year olds.
Needed an extra blanket on the bed.
This staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was lovely in a great location.
Thought I had booked a family room but was a bit disappointed that we were put in a double bed with two pop up beds crammed in as they weren't the comfiest beds and meant there wasn't much space to move around in. Glad it was only for one night though so lived with It.
Staff were really friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Everything! The food (evening meal, lunch menu and breakfast) excellent, the room so very comfortable and the staff excellent (special thanks to Irene for making us feel welcome)
First room we got we weren't happy because it was roadside. We asked to change, and it was no problem at all. Very comfortable and very quiet
There was nothing I didn't like
Great location, staff are helpful
The toilet wasn't cleaned thoroughly on my arrival.
The staff and comfy bed/pillows.
Noise from the traffic and the room was a little chilly.
Nothing wrong with hotel at all :)
Cleaners were rather keen to get in my room!! Had to shoo them away twice - thank god for the security chain!
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast and very nice helpful staff
Other customers not have the manners to abide by the good night policy and making noise in the middle of the night
the location and the staff and the food
poor air conditioning in bathroom
