Premier Inn Glasgow City - George Square  

Location from train station and very near to shops and restaurants.Liked the key card use for getting into lift etc.

the location was central to bus and train service. It was basic but clean and comfortable.

The tub in the bathroom had a high side which made it hard to step into for an older person.

The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. On check in the male receptionist answered all our questions with a smile which was lovely. Even a breakfast the waitress and happy and cheerful.

Quad Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was superb Hospitality was good Location of hotel is quite near to train stations so commutation is advatage

Very happy with acomodation and facilities..!

I had a spacious, peaceful room, facing the inner garden. Everything was fresh and new looking. Plenty of wardrobe space.

Only 30 mins of free WiFi. Additional time is 3gbp per day. WiFi should be free and unlimited.

Staff were very friendly and considerate towards us as the customers, they were polite and always had a smile. Maria? Our room maid was very good, room always perfect. The location is good for shops, restaurants, and the sights of Glasgow. The price while not as low as the advertised £29.99 per person per night was quite reasonable for a city centre hotel.

There was no parking attached to or with the hotel and the bed was a bit on the hard side giving a bit of disturbed nights.

we liked the room, the location, friendly staff, good security - a room keycard was required to access the lifts and stairwells so only those staying in the hotel could get to the rooms

The restaurant did not open until 17.00hrs which meant we were unable to use it

The hotel was in an excellent location as we arrived in at the local bus station. The room was very spacious for a family of four and food was very good. Def. good value for money and would highly recommend!!

The location next to George Square was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was really quiet!

No hand shower in the bathroom.

We always enjoy our stay at this hotel as it is so easy for shops ,buses,trains. you can go anywhere from this Location

Position in heart of the city , proximity to decent multi storey parking, staff were all warm and welcoming ,the lounge , bar and restaurant were all warm and very pleasant to relax in , and the food and drink were all high standard

We took a four bed room, and the room was quite big and comfortable. Nicely located, right in the city centre, a short distance from the railway station, and Buchanan Bus Station. It is also very close to the starting point for the City Tour. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of choices.

Room was a bit cold despite altering the room temp control .

The fact that you moved all to the rear of the Hotel,to counteract the noise of road works at the front,. was much appreciated,unfortunately the fire alarm going off at 06.30hours,made that negated.

The room heater was placed in an unfortunate position, and the control panel did not correspond to the operation of the heater, but as you only spend as little time as you can in the room, it was a minor problem
