Great location near Sauchiehall Street and main shopping. Cooking facilities and in-suite laundry. Great view (if you have a two bedroom suite).
Water heaters are incredibly loud. Not an issue if a solo traveller but a major problem if more than one person staying there. Claims to be a serviced apartment but it is only serviced every 3 days. Guests are not supposed to be permitted in suites at any time. Place can be very hot, even in November, because of floor to ceiling windows. Doors slam loudly. Tea, coffee, sugar, etc not provided as in other hotels/residences of similar value.
Great location. Helpful staff. Amazing apartment with views across Glasgow to die for. Fantastic stay.
Apartment was very clean and nice only spent the night there and didn't go out as we were all too hungover from the night before so didn't leave the apartment too much so can't comment on the location. But they did give us free passes to the pool facilities down the road which was great, they let us check in a lot earlier than the check in time. To Check out late is an extra ten pounds per hour after 10 which is quiet early. The apartments itself was nice with clean wooden floors, rooms were a good size with comfortable beds. Lounge room is spacious and the large windows ceiling to floor were great was a lovely city view. Was a bit pricey but I think glasgow tends to be was a nice apartment all in all and would stay there again
They had thought of everything. We had a great view on the top floor
Lication and space
Apartment was shabby in places boards missing from floor cracks in en suite sink hole in cupboard door noisy nightclub across road
great facility. so much more comfortable than a hotel.
only complaint was the room was just a bit too cool as was the shower (not cold tho) and the temperature could not be turned up.
The living and kitchen
Loved the private Parking in the complex in such a busy part of the city .. Also the fact that our two boys of seven and eleven had their own privacy in their own room rather than all of our family all being cooped up in one family hotel room . Very reasonably priced and we will definitely be booking again very soon for our Christmas shoppin trip
rooms were excellent and location was brilliant.
Night time concierge refused to let two guests in to their room later on in the night even though we had all been checked in. The 2 had to wait in the reception for over an hour until the lead name arrived and showed ID. Ruined the stay
Great location, staff very nice and friendly an added bonus you got to use the pool and sauna at the thistle hotel for free!!! Had a great stay, definitely be back
The apartment was very impressive, warm and cosy, everything you needed there, very clean, sheets, towels etc. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. All in all brilliant.
The concert was cancelled and the weather but the apartment made up for it. The concert has been rescheduled so just booked the apartment Happy Days!!
Staff are helpful and friendly. Apartment was clean with comfortable sofas and beds.
Very noisy water tank which was in a bedroom cupboard so woke me often.
location friendly staff large with good facilities
windows did not close so very noisy and cold.
great location ideal for shopping
flypans a bit old not very good for cooking
Position and views. Parking and use of Thistle Spa facilities
Noisy water system
Location, cleanliness, fantastic city views and everything worked. Very helpful and friendly reception staff
No FREE WIFI,we regularly stay in services apartments instead of hotels. This was the 1st in a very long time to not offer free wifi.
amazing view of Glasgow.
Big, spacious flat; nice view; great value for the money.
There were loose, crumbling tiles in the bathroom; the shower didn't work (at all); and the bathroom remained clogged for the days I was there, even after I asked to have someone come in and look at it.
Incredible central location, great modern facilities and parking. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even gong so far as to let us use their computer to print out boarding passes!
loved the modern space, cleanliness, comfort of beds, contemporary furniture, staff friendliness.
only that there was no freezer, just a small ice box.
great location, lovely view. we'd stay here again.
Good kitchen facilities
Bed too small - should be a king
Bathroom tiles needed repaired and one of the lights almost fell from ceiling!
