Central location, fantastic views, great for entertaining friends

I've stayed a number of times over the last 4-5 years and some of the communal areas are a bit tired looking...but a small gripe overall.

Excellent location for all points East and West.Spacious apartment with all the essentials provided. Good parking facilities.Quiet and relaxing.

Couldn't fault it

The apartment was modern as in the pictures, roomy and well equipped. Excellent and Internet was fast. Personnel very helpful and friendly.

Improvement points: Hard to find, only a small sign on a reflecting glass door. Hall ways and elevator have dated and slightly worn carpet. Opposite of the apartment itself.

Clean, modern and spacious. Love the jacuzzi.

Wifi is chargeable.

Very comfortable apartment, temperature was good (find some apartments too hot). Spacious with good appliances. Near to town and west end, so we were within walking distance, great not having the hassle of a taxi later! Woke to views over city. Light, airy and immaculate.

Strange noise that occured ocaisionaly through the night, we thought it was air conditioning, but may have been a water pump (in a locked cuboard. Occisional noise from traffic (as you might expect in a cental location) ambulance or poice car woke me - pretty loud! The light was lovely, though if you're a light sleeper you're up at the crack of dawn.

Good location, perfect for. Girls weekend of shopping and cocktails. Would stay again.

Apartments are on a main road so it can be noisy at night and the bedrooms would benefit from curtains as well as the blinds. The sofas were a litle tatty. Also a lack of wine and champagne glasses. All that seaside we would stay again.

Good location, cracking view, spacious apartment.

There was a toilet cysteine type noise thoroughly the stay, quite annoying but didn't spoil the weekend

great location, fantastic city views , good to have access to pool and spa, convenient and easy, well thought out space with comfy bed and great jacuzzi bath

slight lack of utensils and crockery in kitchen, (only two of everything , which meant it felt a bit like camping instead of luxury) starting to need abit of a deep clean and maintenance fix (small details which didnt spoil the stay but effected the feeling of it being a luxury apartment - light socket hanging out, old damp patch on ceiling needing repainting, tile grout going brown and dirty..) could do with coat hooks in the hall. yes all small details but they matter!

Literally only 4 knives, glasses, plates etc - we do serve food too! No oven gloves (but they had 4 egg cups - doesn't make sense) Only one access card so difficult if group not together.

Location in city centre. Views of Glasgow from 13th floor. Modern bathroom .

Washing machine didn't work properly, very difficult to get clothes dry. Extremely noisy , could hear cars & revellers most of night, even 13 floors up.

Apartments were clean and roomy. Staff are excellent; we had an issue with an appliance and action was taken immediately to resolve. A great place to kick back and relax

Size of apartment

--Very old and rundown place --internet not free and not working -- wooden floor and the walls are broken -under the beds ..the planks were not in place so bed seemed broken and when we lifted the mattress..it was fillthy and unncleaned for atleast 2 years nad unhygenic

Ideal location for shopping. Secure underground parking. Great city views from our apartment. Friendly efficient staff.

The apartment was lovely looking and spa bath amazing. Staff were very friendly one thing I liked about our stay :) x

Don't go with the pics ... We were so excited to have what was in pics instead our windows nothing like it and our view was off a block off flats and their backyard which was very dirty looking and people looking into the windows, apartment was nice but not like what is shown. They need to make people aware instead of leading people on and disappointing, if seen original pic would still be nice apartment and wouldn't be so hugely disappointed but unfortunately it's made out wrong and caused disappointment.

Spacious apartment, convenient location.

The location is excellent as it is situated directly in the city centre. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with a great layout and fantastic city view. There is also good accessibility with the lifts present in the building. The apartment is well equipped with all the necessary appliances. It was excellent that free luggage storage was available on checkout for a few hours.

It would be great if there was a book/brochure that gave details about what is nearby in Glasgow. Also an inventory of what is in the apartment and brief instructions on how to use the various appliances.

The apartment was nice. The staff very friendly and useful.

Blunt knife and burnt pan. ( minor stuff) No one came to clean on the 3rd day.. not sure what happened.. Our view was of rooftops and on one of the days..alot of traffic noise.
