Staff were very friendly, breakfast good, the room was actually very good but the bathroom seriously let it down. Embedded dirt in the tile grouting, cheap and nasty and the toileteries were more like domestic cleaners. |

The hotel was clean and modern and was reasonably close to the city centre. No road noise in the rooms. The bathroom tile grout was stained and could do with refreshing. |

The location was great for shopping. Hotel was quite, room was well finished. Ordered wine with the meal, it never came, was billed for it. Next night ordered side salad, it never came either, had to remind the staff about it. |

Excellent base for exploring Glasgow. Short walk to city centre. High standard of accomodation, lovely breakfast. Good car parking. Not easy to find hotel entrance from the M8 and all its slip roads, one way systems etc. You go round the block a few times before getting there. Needs clearer signs. |

Prior to leaving for a concert we decided to have a bar meal. Despite the fact that the bar was exceptionally busy both the drinks and food service were very good. Room sevice breakfast was delivered on time and was good value for the price. |

Dining room were excellent Bar staff not so good, as soon as it was midnight would not help at all, was advised if wanted a drink to go to my room and order room service then come back to the bar area to have it delivered. Room service when I ordered it were not very accommodating - it says there is 24 hour menu available when in fact it was not. |
