Glasgow Pond Hotel    

Ideal location for access to city. Ample parking, nice bar, good breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

Nice clean facilities, unfortunately we were given a twin room, but niot unbearable. Breakfast was good and the location for Glasgow is good

Good location. Not too far from city centre. Miss heaviest traffic when going north.

Food passable, more choice would be nicer

Good size room clean and comfortable. Decent shower plenty of hot water and good pressure.

Parking bit awkward at certain times of day due to hospital across the road. Ambulances sirens at all hours. Small lifts.

Choice of beer at the bar is very very poor, some bottles of real ale would be appreciated by my husband

Kept standing at reception for a full 10 minutes while the receptionist answered the telephone after knowing we were waiting, and he then proceeded to take all details for a room booking over the phone. Guests waiting at the desk should take precedence over the phone ringing.

Outside hotel looks like an office block converted to a hotel but I'm being picky!

Easy access to public transport into town. No parking fees!!! That made a huge difference.

bedrooms were of a decent size as was the bathroom. breakfast was good.

only one hot chocolate sachet between two persons. Only tea and coffee and no biscuits in the morning. Should remove the table as no space for it. The room was very stuffy even with the window open.

When we were down in the lounge area we felt that it was quite cold, maybe we were just a t a drafty bit
