i loved everything about the hotel was real nice and posh inside was quite impressed with the high standards, was right near a bus route and taxi fares wasnt too pricey. Staff were real pleasent and welcoming and never spoke down to us even tho we are quite young. close to town centre but not too close. we booked a twin room as it was £12 cheaper than a double, but we got a double anyway so we were over the moon! i was quite concerned about some of the reviews but i found the hotel excellent value for money Drink and food are quite expensive at the hotel £15 for a bottle of wine. other than that everything was excellent would recommend to anyone |

Location The rooms are described as superior rooms. Let me tell you that room 333 is not a superior room. The toilet/bathroom is tiny and the only reason the TV is on the wall is because there is nowhere else to put it. |

Staff friendly &helpful. Accomodation adequate, shower over bath not so suitable for elderly persons. It is not a case of not liking the hotel the only complaint was most of the food was cold even at dinner & served on cold plates. |

I liked the friendly girls on reception and the nice clean, large bedroom. the hotel room was nice and quiet so relaxing. The breakfast cost £11.95 and was average, sitting out too long and rubbery toast. |

Good value for money, clean and modern. Excellent breakfast. Room spacious and bathroom newly decorated. Tea/coffee maker in room. On outskirts of Glasgow, it took us an hour to walk from the centre to hotel, however lots of buses into town. Not far from Prestwick airport. Would book again. Staff a bit off hand. |

The hotel appeared very clean and the room was very modern.Although the bathroom was small the shower power was very good and useful to have an adjustable height, The restaurant was very cold both for dinner and breakfast. |

Staff were very helpful, well situated for visiting the city. Excellent breakfast and comfortable. The brand of coffee provided at breakfast was not very nice, couldn't drink it. |

Free parking. Clean, modern bathroom - altho' bath tiny! Wee table and chairs handy for eating at, (brought m&s food in from across the road rather than pay £12 for breakfast.) Scratchy unhygienic (short!) beige blanket on bed time to get modern - invest in duvets!! Room hot & stuffy. Traffic = we couldn't open the window. Stayed on 4th floor - still heard wedding music noise altho' quiet room requested. No excuse for blankets that are seldom changed in a season (having worked in a hotel, I know this is the case), and left on floor during room change only to be put back on bed for next victim! Yes, this did annoy me! Yuck!! |

I asked for a room close to my friends who were arriving the previous day and we were put right next door to each other. Quiet location. Room v comfortable and clean the fire alarm going off at 8.30am on a sunday morning! Not close enough for the centre of glasgow. 10 pounds in a taxi adds up and adds to the rate you are paying for accomodation. |

I liked the location resturant and the price was fair Did not like that the bar closed early even for residents ?did not like the fire alarm going off without clarification as to why and who set ot off was it a dfrill? Did not like that there is no mini bar in the room, corridors where noisy staff shld check ..... |

The breakfast was okay. . I can honestly say I was very disappointed with it. The outside of the hotel was horrible, inside dull with stained carpets etc. |
